Ordered an extra large pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Waited nearly an hour and it arrived cold, thin as paper and sorely lacking in toppings. I consider myself a “pizza connoisseur” and this is the worst pizza I have ever seen and the worst from Papa Johns. We tried calling the local store several times, pushing option 5 from their phone tree to speak to management. Nobody ever answered. We called a few times and used the option to place an order hoping for luck. It goes to an “ordering center” so not even your local store. She transferred me to the local store and nobody answered. I even sent a message to their Facebook. Infuriated, I got in my car and drove it back myself. Plenty of people in there that could have answered the phone. I tossed it on the counter and demanded a full refund, which they immediately gave me with no problems. I used my refund and took it to a competitor who made us an outstanding pizza! I am finished with Papa Johns. What a disgrace!

The pizza is getting worse, it still tastes good but they aren’t cutting them correctly and also putting barely any cheese and toppings on them. Time to go somewhere else for better quality pizza.

I was quoted 76 minutes to 86 minutes and it was 2 hours before I received my order, the order arrived cold and very skimpy when it came to the jalapenos there was a few pieces that had no toppings on it at all. The lady that took my order was supposed to put special instructions for the driver and the driver ended up calling me because he had got lost because they didn’t put special instructions down. The driver was very nice but the people inside that store need fired especially that manager. I figured I would try ordering from them again because the last time they forgot my 2 l and then said that I would have to pay delivery service for them to run it back out and I told him to not worry about it and they would not credit my money back. So I am just editing my post more terrible reviews. I will never be ordering from Papa John’s ever again.

I got a medium cheese pizza with a Romano parm blend on top and an order of breadsticks w/ extra cheese sauce cups for dipping. Waited in my car. Without asking them to, they brought my order out to my car. When I got home, it was still hot and delicious, and exactly the way I ordered it. Very pleased and will be back.

I ordered a pizza at 10-1030 PM.. it was delivered 30-40 mins past the expected time and was made incorrectly. None of the extra sauces I ordered were included. Waited on hold for 30 minutes and didn’t get a chance to talk to anyone. Called again in the morning just to sit on hold again. Guess I’ll try again in a bit

We ordered our pizza at 8:45 went to go pick up at 9:30. They told us it was being delivered and that there were more pizzas than what we ordered even though we only ordered one and scheduled it for pick up. Went home and it was never delivered called at 10:20 was on hold for 20 minutes went to the store and they told us it was delivered even though it wasn’t and that at 10:45 it was too late to make us our order and they would just credit our account. Unfortunately a credit to the account doesn’t get us dinner. Also when we arrived all of the employees were standing outside.

Sad use to be a fan of poppa johns after today I will no longer spend another dime here. $50 for two pizzas and charge $6 for a delivery fee and that doesn’t go to the driver? Waited well over 2 and half hours, I would have been better going to the Gastation and getting pizza would have been quicker and hotter . Sad to see this company on its down fall.

The most disgusting pizza I have ever had. I called to complain was put on hold for 10 mins I hung up and called back 4 times to only be hung up on. So I drive back walked in and asked to speak to a manager she replied she was and I asked her why was I hung up on 4 times she then stated that the phone had not rang at all which was a complete lie she was very rude and said my pizza was cooked as ordered. I asked for my pizza well done and it was so soft and not done. I brought the pizza back all I wanted was a new pizza to be made. It’s crazy that I had to drive back to even speak to a manger. Will never return and will voice my opinions to others who do order from here

Took 40 minutes longer to deliver the food then what I was told while they also messed up my order. Food was cold and tasted terrible as well!!! Promised they would make it right with a credit then they say there is no credit! Completely unprofessional!!!! Managers was rude and should be fired for lying to customers…. Avoid this garbage establishment and eat real food!

We had placed our order at 4pm and did a delayed delivery for 6. We are 5 minutes from the location but they were 20 minutes late and I was unable to track my delivery so I attempted to call them and was on hold for 10 minutes and still no one had picked up. We have ordered from this location before with no luck but thought we’d try them again….not planning on any future orders.
