The manager has been trying his best to improve the quality of this Papa John’s. Whenever he’s there, the food is always superb. He’s trying to have the staff improve too for whenever he’s not there. My meal was mighty fine.

I enjoyed my pizza, the only thing I felt like it was lacking is that it was a meat lovers style and they kinda are very thin with the meats. But it was 50% off so still a pretty good deal. I’d be pissed if I had to pay $20 for it. Quality was about the same as I’ve had in the past. Taste nice and they were super fast and getting it ready as I walked down to get it five minutes after I placed the order on the app.

Pizzas never got delivered. Granted it was around 11:40pm but I asked the guy if they could still deliver and he said yes, even double confirmed. Left my whole group to die of starvation. They charged me too so I couldn’t pay rent and I got evicted. Parents found out and disowned me for getting scammed by a Papa Johns. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

01/10/2026 I called with respect, asked if I SHOULD cancel my late order, and was met with hostility from the manager. I cancelled my order and was again met with hostility from the manager who blamed DoorDash . I was later called by the delivery driver suggesting they were here with my delivery, but it was cancelled and I could not have it. Thank you for letting me know! Keep your food. Zero chance I’ll order here again. I’d expect bodily fluids in my food after this experience.

Ordered delivery from here tonight and the food was excellent. Ordered the Shaq extra large pizza that was on sale and it was worth every penny. Ordered a side of Chicken Parmesan bites and brownies. Excellent! Now I almost gave 4 stars because we ordered extra pepperchinis and some packs of their special seasoning packets and didn’t get any of either. I’ll let it slide this time but we were perturbed they didn’t get it right.

Ordered food to a hotel on the next block. Ordered way before closing time. Food never showed up. I called 5 minutes before closing I was told food is still being prepped. Called 5 minutes after closing and was told door dash stole my order. Do not. Absolutely do not order from this store unless you want your money taken and your food not delivered.

Ordered pizza on their website and applied the tip on order. Pizza was over 30 min late because they used door dash to deliver instead of their own drivers. Did they even give door dash the tip? I won’t order from them again.
