Hell yeah. Food was delicious the coffee was hot. The kind of spot where everyone knows each other. Great vibes. I’d come back for sure.

If you’re looking for a cheap breakfast and don’t care about quality, this is the place for you. We ordered a chicken burrito, bologna biscuit, biscuits and gravy, side of bacon, and 2 coffees which totaled under $25.

However the food was only OK and the biscuits were AWFUL if you could even call them biscuits. They were more like pancakes and tasted very flour-y (like uncooked dough). Disappointing considering the high reviews. We might try one more time but won’t be recommending based on this visit.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. The biscuits were pretty tasty with a variety of choices for fillings, but I thought they were a little flatter than I am used to. I had sausage and cheese on my biscuit and the sausage had a really good flavor. The service was quick, even with a line at the outside window.

Excellent food best breakfast in Sanford! Walk up outside order window is horrible!! You stand outside in the elements to order and receive your food! Not acceptable !

This was our first time trying Landmark and it was not a good experience. Service has to be pretty bad for me to leave a negative review but this was probably one of the worst dining experiences. It was very chaotic and not a pleasant experience. We decided to go ahead and stay but shortly in to our breakfast (food was just ok) some guy came out from the back yelling at an employee to get back behind the counter. This same man continued to make comments and talk about this employee. Very unprofessional and not something you want to see while dining out. Overall it was a very bad experience.we won’t be returning.

Every time I’m in the area Landmark is a must. Best breakfast anywhere. Their biscuits are the absolute best. They don’t need jelly or anything. The team work is just amazing to watch. They’re unbeatable in moving hungry people in and getting them fed.

As a previous Landmark customer (before the move), I was very disappointed in the biscuits. They are flat (almost cracker flat & crispy, like the “insides” were scooped out). The food’s flavor was pretty good, though. I’ve never dined in, so I don’t know how the ordering & seating went. It was very confusing, as we had to order & pay first, then find a seat. I guess that was fine, just not what I’m used to.

Amazing food and good quantity for the price! Super friendly staff, and you can tell they know the regulars. Google did us right by finding this diamond in the rough. Everything is served on Styrofoam, so if you’re earth conscious, that will make you twitch. I skipped the toast and still couldn’t finish my meal. Took it to go with no issues. They offer dairy free creamer, so for this non dairy lady, that was a plus!

We enjoyed the food until I poured syrup on my sausage and there was a large horse fly in it. we then saw another fly floating in the syrup container. The manager was apologetic and refunded my meal but unfortunately i’m too grossed out to eat here again. I would recommend checking your condiments before using them if you choose to go.

This was a cute little diner. The biscuits were amazing! The downside is having to eat off styrofoam and use plastic utensils when you think of the environmental impact. But the food and service were both great!
