The pizza is very good, but unfortunately the service did not match the quality of the food. One of the employees was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was impolite, spoke harshly, and greeted customers with a complete lack of courtesy. This kind of behavior really takes away from the overall experience.

I came in this past Tuesday before Christmas and I couldn’t have gotten better service. I believe his name is Thomas but I kept calling him Charles for some reason. With that said, Thomas and his boss were incredibly helpful, kind and prompt with my order. Will definitely be back.

Food is good, but the store STINKS upon walk-in on different occasions. Recently, I had a really disgusting experience when I saw how dirty the store was. The only problem is wanting to talk to someone in the store because everyone seems to think you’re doordashing. Trying to talk to the store is like trying to go back there and make your pizza yourself. It’s like pulling teeth to try to talk to anyone you’re better off going there yourself and waiting 15 minutes is there constantly slammed and no one shows up to work. So it’s hard to give a bad review when it’s the manager doing all three jobs from cash register and cooking and working the phone
