Have tried this PJ twice since moving here. Both times extremely poor quality of food (ordered at previous address almost weekly and never an issue). Here is our “cheesestick” from yesterday’s order which was what I was most looking forward to.

This location is going down hill. They don’t pay attention to the drive up window at all and keep people waiting way too long. They don’t have people pull around when their food isn’t ready even when there are 4 cars behind that person. They don’t even double check everything is there. Almost forgot all of our extra sauces tonight (and $1.09 per sauce is insane and too much to just forget). We waited in the drive up so long (and couldn’t go around to go in) that our pizzas were cold by the time we got them. And to top it all off, the cinna parts we ordered were missing a piece in the middle like someone pulled it out and ate it and it was dry with very very little icing. It’s going to be a while before we go back. Too many other pizza places around town.

This is the last time I will be ordering pizza from papa johns. I pay extra for extra cheese and NEVER do they put it on there. You can see the crust and sauce in the middle of the pizza, not to mention its all crust, toppings don’t even come close to the edge of the pizza. Over and over again I have ordered extra cheese only to have a majority crust pizza. I understand portion control and food costs. I also understand that it is supposed to be measured. But this is ridiculous and sad. What is the point in paying for extra cheese when you get regular? I took pictures of it to back what I am saying.

The only reason I have it a bad rating is because I hope corporate hears this because talking over the phone to customer service isn’t working. I order pizza for 11 locations at the same time and I can only get one order to go through. All other locations it will not complete the order. I’ve called the locations and they said they are delivering and shouldn’t be an issue. I order through the app it use to be easy and takes about 30 minutes and I get a receipt emailed to me and it made my work life easy. But now it makes my job harder. And usually I have to order elsewhere. Fix it! It’s on delivery orders.

I ordered a pizza before the Tornado came a few days back and I thought it would be cancelled during the storm. My power went out so, I couldn’t cook for my family. All of a sudden the delivery driver pulled up with my pizza and wings. This really wowed me and I want to say how grateful I was that my delivery driver still brought my food. World Class service!!!

The place can’t even deliver a pizza. Ordered a pizza and they said it was delivered. Never came. Tried calling the driver never answered. Absolute worst place to order a pizza. Waste of time and money and left hungry. Don’t tip drivers online, wait till the actually deliver your food.
