If you would like to wait for over an hour to get your pizza and receive it at a temp below your body and toppings on one side, order from here. I haven’t ordered from this place for a long time and decided to try it again. I was quickly reminded why I stopped.

We ordered two pizzas and 10 piece breadsticks. The pizzas were not hot, barely warm. One of the pizzas was very poorly made. We only got seven breadsticks. The breadsticks were not the normal size and we did not receive the pizza sauce that comes with them.
In addition to the issues with our order, the lady who helped us gave us our order without taking a payment. We had to remind her that we had not paid. This goes to show how unorganized this location has become, and this lack of organization probably contributed to the poor quality of our food.

This was my first visit to this Papa Johns. I was greeted by the friendly staff as i walked in the door to pick up my mobile order. I decided to try the new Italian Papa Bowl for the first time. There was definitely enough to feed 2, and it was REALLY GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this Papa Johns. Friendly and professional staff, fresh hot food and clean restaurant. I’ll be back!

SO disappointed! The crust on these pizzas is ridiculous. We spent over $70!!! It’s like they didn’t even use the rings to make the pizzas. I worked as manager at a pizza place for YEARS. This is not right. I left two stars because the pizzas were technically correct.

We placed an order for delivery and given an estimate of 38 minutes. After 55 minutes and with the live tracker not working, we called to make sure the order went through. We were told the pizza was on its way. Two hours after the order was placed we still had not received the food so called again and were told it the driver said they delivered it. After some back and forth, they offered to remake it so we drove out to pick it up. No refund was given on the delivery fee or driver tip. We will not be ordering from here again

Do not visit this Papa John’s location, Lakeland Drive, Flowood, MS. The service is completely horrible. The manager ANNA BELLE avoids talking to customers about issues regarding their order and leaves the front desk workers to deal with dissatisfied customers. It took 120 minutes for our order of two pizzas, cheese sticks and chicken bits to be cooked. This was a pick up order. We received no explanation or apology for the delay until I asked to speak to the manager, ANNA BELLE. After an hour waiting, she tells me that one of the drivers took half of my order out to be delivered to another customer, so they had to remake our order. I also had other food in the car that was getting cold at this point. I was offered a full refund for my order but I am still skeptical about visiting this location again. I would suggest that you all let customers know ahead of their ordering that you are short on staff, etc. and that orders are taking MUCH longer than usual. I would have appreciated that information prior to ordering. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever at this location. They took my money immediately and I’m sure it’ll take 5-7 business days for me to receive it back. Seems like I could have simply received cash back since you already had your money from me. #IRRITATED!

Staying at a local hotel order delivery. So disappointed, the pizza was floppy, had absolutely no taste. I ate a piece and a half of a full pizza. Paid relatively a lot for this pizza. It was pretty bad.
