Creative and delicious okamase menu for a very reasonable price. The nigiri portions were large and included some colorful and unexpected combinations, including tomato, yuzu, lime, and foie gras–but the menu keeps the seafood at the forefront of the palate, which I appreciated. Beautiful scallops and fatty tuna were my highlights–very tasty. The restaurant itself is elevated above street level and is minimalist but warm. Seating is entirely at the large and beautiful wood bar. The team was attentive and very kind. In the end, it’s a very comfortable and refined place to eat, which is welcome in this part of the village! We will definitely be back.
