Had a great experience at Qdoba! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. They were patient, helpful, and made sure everything was just right with my order. Pruva makes literally the best quesadillas in the world!! There’s a Qdoba closer to me that I intentionally don’t go to so I can come here. The best service!!!

Every time I go inside the Qdoba on westside. Its always a calm relaxed environment. I spend my entire lunch break there. Iam an Entrepreneur I set my own hours. And sometimes I spend 2hrs there. The Manger and employees has great hospitality. They treat me like family. Always a smile. Always courteous. Always kind.
The food Always fresh, the employees are really quick getting your order done in a timely manner. They pay attention to details. Alot of times I don’t even have to tell them what I want, They already know. Sometimes all they do is have to say ” same thing ” and I say yes.

I have eaten Qdoba at several different locations over the years. I went to the Qdoba located on West Side Avenue near New Jersey City University. To say I was happy with my food and service is an understatement. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND COOKED TO PERFECTION.i ordered a cheese and a steak burrito with chips. Excellent service by the employees, and the store was so so so so clean. I AM very happy I made this choice today. Thank you to qdoba and continue the excellent service and quality.

I’ve been going there for quite some time and I would say I’m a regular customer. To where the employees pretty much recognize me. However, I went there today and asked for a quesadilla and I was really in the mood for some sour cream but they only give this little ounce cup half empty of sour cream with this giant quesadilla even if it was full it still be a tiny amount. So I asked for some extra sour cream. They gave me another one that was also half empty so I asked for a third one. I asked if I could like three or four and then they attempted to charge me extra for the extra two sour creams. That were half empty. It’s not bad enough that they charge $20 for a piece of bread that probably cost a nickel and no more than $2 worth of chicken. Maybe a dollar of cheese in the quesadilla. And whatever I don’t mind. I’ve been paying it for over a year. But now today they decided they want a nickel and dime me for a sour cream that costs less than .04 cents @ nearly 1770% mark up after I’ve been a loyal regular customer. Sour cream costs about 2.50 for a quart of the good stuff which would be about 64 servings for 2.50. No. Thank you. I will not be visiting them anymore. Congratulations on your sour cream up chargeu sold me it but you lost a customer. Hope it was worth it.

Overall I give this place a two star rating because I don’t like how my server reached over the counter and added her own tip to my payment without my consent. Very sneaky of her good thing I was paying attention. She even tried it on my mother and lied when confronted about it.
