Not long ago, I had an issue with my pizza delivery not being fulfilled correctly. After completing their online survey, I received a call early the next morning apologizing & offering a free replacement, at my convenience. Later, in time, the replacement was done correctly. Now, fast forward to tonight. This time I ordered a different pizza, & I just have to say it was perfection. From the plentiful fresh ingredients, to the bake, still hot on arrival, & the always polite delivery driver, no one could ask for better. Thanks to their team!

Took an order for over 60 dollars worth of food and then canceled the order without any notification. I expected the staff to have the decency to inform us of such but I guess those expectations were too high. Nothing but young kids wanting to leave early. Good help/work is hard to find.

I order from papa Johns quite often. Their delivery is always great. I’ve never had a bad experience. My pizza is always fresh, and the appearance is always nice. Customer service is great. The worker that stands out the most is Ms. Marissa Collins. She is always in a good mood, and her customer service is excellent‼️ This place will never let you down. It is the best pizza place in Hernando hands down.

Always order the same thing and it’s always made different with portion control. Had to wait a little while but it was ok. If u can’t have fun at work it’s not worth it. It would’ve been bad but they did engage with the customers as we waited

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Took over an hour and a half the first time I ordered here. The last time It was over an hour and they hadn’t started on my order and then would not answer when I tried to cancel. I had to go down there and it was still not cooking by 1.5 hours in and the phones rang off the hook. Absolutely the WORST Papa John’s I’ve ever experienced.

Normally a great place. The last two times we have ordered it has taken 2+ hours for delivery. We live literally 5 minutes away. Tried to call in to check on order and was left on hold indefinitely. I didn’t leave a review the first time thinking it was just an off night. It’s now turned into a pattern.

Long-time Papa John’s customer here and that is simply due to the fact that I order from this store. The customer service is second to none and don’t be surprised if the crew’s attitude in the store turns your day around. Good people and good pizza/wings/sides. I had a great customer service experience! I decided to buy pizza for my coworkers and this is what they wanted, I dont usually eat here. I called and spoke to Marissa. She was polite and very patient with me. She answered all my questions and actually saved me some money with a special that was running.
