We’ve been ordering pizzas from this location for about fifteen years now. Great pizzas, cheese sticks, wings, and desserts! Got that one person who can’t have or doesn’t want pizza? Have them try a papa bowl… they’re delicious! We’ve ordered 6-7 pizzas for parties, and we’ve ordered 1-2 for family movie nights. We’ve always had a good experience whether we chose carry out or delivery.

When you spend 50 dollars, you expect to get your food properly cooked. These days, it seems impossible. Food service is definitely not how it was 5 years ago. Instead, the management isn’t managing, and the kids would rather talk and play on phones. Which was exactly what was seen when arriving at the store. A bunch of kids huddled in a circle talking. Which is fine if you have nothing to do. Yet, when you receive improper food. It makes you question things.
I ordered on the app. I’ve ordered this order several times in different states. There was no way that my order should’ve been done in 10 mins. Yet, my husband went and picked it up. As it stated, it was done. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with chicken, onions, and banana peppers with extra on all the toppings. I also ordered the cheese sticks with an extra cup of sauce, as well as the papa pairings cookie and brownie desserts. The pizza wasn’t atrocious. It wasn’t cut through all the way, but that’s a simple fix. I didn’t see the extra toppings. What I did notice was that the toppings were mostly on one side. The cheesesticks seemed possibly undercooked. Yet, the desserts were definitely improperly cooked. The cookie was undercooked, while the brownie was cooked hard and burnt on the outside. Not to mention, the brownie had a cut across. Both desserts were absolutely awful. This was my first and last time spending money here.

I was just down the street, sitting on my porch when I see some man flying down the street in a papa johns car, and almost hit this lady’s dog and could’ve hit the poor child that was like 5 feet from the car. This is actually insane and unethical not to mention unprofessional. Where are y’all’s proper workers??

We have pizza Thursday at our house full of pizza lovers and I’m always met with a smile, greeting, and at this point a knowing who I am and to ask for our punch card by the gal who works the registers most/if not all Thursdays in Hernando. She’s so quick, and doesn’t ever seem flustered or out of character when they are slammed if we come get pizza on a different day. Kudos to Papa Johns but especially to the young lady always at the register!

Not long ago, I had an issue with my pizza delivery not being fulfilled correctly. After completing their online survey, I received a call early the next morning apologizing & offering a free replacement, at my convenience. Later, in time, the replacement was done correctly. Now, fast forward to tonight. This time I ordered a different pizza, & I just have to say it was perfection. From the plentiful fresh ingredients, to the bake, still hot on arrival, & the always polite delivery driver, no one could ask for better. Thanks to their team!

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Took over an hour and a half the first time I ordered here. The last time It was over an hour and they hadn’t started on my order and then would not answer when I tried to cancel. I had to go down there and it was still not cooking by 1.5 hours in and the phones rang off the hook. Absolutely the WORST Papa John’s I’ve ever experienced.

I order from papa Johns quite often. Their delivery is always great. I’ve never had a bad experience. My pizza is always fresh, and the appearance is always nice. Customer service is great. The worker that stands out the most is Ms. Marissa Collins. She is always in a good mood, and her customer service is excellent‼️ This place will never let you down. It is the best pizza place in Hernando hands down.
