Great food & EXCELLENT Service. I called a day prior to ensure I will receive my order at 10:45 in preparation for my gathering at 11. The man working there had my order ready when I arrived at 10:40 and even helped me carry the pizza to my car. I didnt get his name but he was working there once opened on 12/15. Walked in and ordered large werks pizza and garlic knots. They said it would be 12 minutes. I walked out of there 14min later with my order. The pizza was superb as were the knots. The 3 individuals working were super helpful, professional and friendly. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.

The pizza was pretty mediocre. I was actually looking forward to eating at PaPa John’s considering I haven’t ate there in years. It wasn’t all bad but it wasn’t all good neither. This location in Collierville, Tennessee must be absolute the worst I have ever seen the rudest smart ass irresponsible people working there are there a pizza two hours they didn’t deliver. I decided to call they put me on hold for 20 minutes and when I get there, this smart ass manager tells me what Pizza I heard so many other people have a complaint about this location. Where is the owner? It’s costing him nothing but money. Papa John’s is still the best pizza by far hands down. They’re ingredients I’ve always been the same so it’s been the same great toast and pizza ever since I was a kid. This Papa John’s actually has a very good atmosphere inside and the people that work here are very nice and genuine and honest. I actually ended up paying too much for my food last time I went and the guy was nice enough to bring my extra money I paid back to me all the way out to my car so like to give a shout out to that guy I don’t know your name but the guy working last night you’re amazing. Great job Papa John’s!

Apparently Papa John’s hates teachers. They refused to have 10 pizzas ready DAYS IN ADVANCE by 11am for a huge order we wanted to break up into two order slots. The store was already a ghost town when we went in to ask in person so it’s not like they were too busy. Our teachers and our city deserve better.

My husband and I decided to order take out last night for dinner and ordered pizza delivery. We usually get the same type of pizza but we decided on trying a different type of pizza so we ordered the chicken buffalo pizza. It was the worse decision we made! The pizza was disgusting!!!! I didn’t even finish one slice and decided the crust was better than the pizza itself. Sad to say we wasted our hard earned money on this nasty pizza we didn’t even eat!
