I ordered lunch to go. Also my first time ordering at NOKU. Staff was amazing at the front desk explains specials and what all comes with what. I ordered sushi and a bento box Shrimp. I wish it had more shrimp but that was okay because the veggies with the shrimp was great. I also got soup and a side salad with my meal. My lunch was made quickly and the service was great. I will definitely be back for more.

This was our first time in. We are very excited to have a new restaurant in the area. The customer service was very good. Friendly nice atmosphere. I really like the decor. The wall paintings were captivating. The food presentation was amazing. Our dishes looked beautiful. The food tasted very good with nice size portions for sharing. My favorite was the Lobster Rangoon. It was light and flaky. It was the best I’ve tasted. My daughter enjoyed the General Tso. Welcome to the neighborhood!

I got the lunch special teriyaki tofu bento box with white rice and miso soup, California rolls and fried shrimp shumai which cost $11. I checked online and it says it comes with a salad but I did not receive a salad and I don’t recall what the menu said when I ordered at the establishment. The miso soup was kind of bland, I added some soy sauce to make it taste better. Everything else I tried tasted amazing! The tofu was nice and crisp outside with a soft center. It came on a bed of onions with only a little bit a veggies, i feel like it could have used a bit extra veggies. The bento box came with California rolls and fried shrimp shumai, I wish it had vegetarian options because I can’t eat these (they’re for my husband). I liked the decor a lot. It wasn’t very busy for a Tuesday lunch date (there was no wait), and I found it to be very affordable. The staff was also very nice! I would eat here again for a casual outing during lunch for the affordable price.

//edit to add that if the owner’s response is that you just sit away from the bathroom instead of being apologetic or trying to fix the problem makes me never want to go here again and definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Might have to consider reporting to health department so they can investigate.

The food was good, but not spectacular in my opinion. Expensive for was it is. The atmosphere was dull at best, and I can’t help but notice how they took the once vibrant bar at the old Friday’s and now it’s drab, boring and empty. I noticed from previous reviews that they had issues with order entry and the menu, we noticed that it took a huddle of folks to figure out what was what. For about $40/person I just expect more/better.

It took a long time before someone noticed I was waiting to be seated. One thing I noticed was the person cleaning off a table left the little dipping bowls that the last people left. I got the tempora shrimp. It didn’t have any flavor and the dipping sauce was no better.

First time here. The service overall was good. There is an issue apparently that some items on the menu are not in their system for the servers to be able to ring up making them not available. There is also some grammar and spelling errors through out the menu that made some items tricky to figure out what they actually were. Wasn’t a bad experience and will probably be back again to try some other things on the menu.

What a fantastic late lunch experience. Everything was made fresh to order. Makyo was our server. She was so very pleasant and attentive. Every recommendation she made was spot on excellent. From the appetizer through Hibachi and each sushi roll was beautiful and delicious. My wife ordered a fantastic Lychee smoothie as well. We will be back!
