I placed an order for delivery on 8/20/2023 and only received part of my order. When I asked the delivery driver where my pizza was he told me that he was headed back to the store to get it. I waited over an hour and called the store just for them to tell me that it was on the way. Waited another 30 Mins and still no pizza tried to call the store again and did not get anyone to the phone.

Man…why does it take more than an hour for pick up? We showed up an hour after ordering, because that’s how long they told us for a pick up order. Got to the store and they were almost 2 hours behind…didn’t know when they would get to us. Way, way, way too long of a wait. He!! to the naw naw naw.

Watched them have to remake 3 people’s orders in front of me. Hours to make food. Told 20 more minutes after 40 minutes, then waited another 30 minutes after that. Very understaffed. Avoid at all possibilities. Would give negative stars if possible.

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered pizza! Pizza 1 toppings wrong! Pizza 2 toppings wrong crust wrong! Manager proceeded to tell me that the Pizza was what was ordered despite we can both read or I am assuming she could. Waited 40 mins with 4 family members in the car. Finally after no attempts by the manager to do anything to fix my order. I had to ask her if she wanted me to contact my financial institution or did she want to refund me. She voided my order and refunded my money. Left the place with 5 hungry family members and over an hour of our lives gone!
