Pizza was good as were the bread sticks. My only problem was the dipping sauces i bought. Got three and they all fit in one tiny cup. If you’re going to charge then you ought to actually put some in the cups.

I ordered two pizzas that were supposed to be square cut. One was square cut, and the other came regular cut, but none were cut all the way through. I also didn’t get the topping I wanted. When I tried calling, they left me on hold for seven minutes, before picking up and when I said hello, they hung up in my face. Just want what I ordered when I spent 50 on two pizzas.

Placed a order online for a lg garlic stuffed crust cheese pizza and same for the works pizza. Got home only to find out I got 2 burnt cheese pizzas and no garlic crust. Called to notify them and the manager called me a liar and told me to bring the pizza back because he didn’t believe me. So I drove 20 mins back to the pizza shop to show them that I wasn’t a liar and the manager said oh she couldn’t read the screen cause she’s wearing glasses. So I asked for them to remake the correct pizza and not to burn it and the manager refused to make it said “he doesn’t want to and he doesn’t have time. Said here take your full refund”. I will not give them my business again. I’d rather give pizza hut my business because they make things right and go above and beyond.

Worst Pizza I’ve ever had. Ordered pick-up, App said ready in 15 to 25 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later, and the Pizza and Cinnamon Bites were ready, 5 minute drive home. The pizza crust was soggy, the sauce was pretty much tasteless, and it was already cold. When this place first opened the food quality was great, and then, within months, it went downhill. We gave them a second chance tonight and will not go back. Now I understand why the place was empty on a Saturday night. One positive is the Cinnamon Bites, they were good. Probably pre-made elsewhere lol

The cashier didn’t understand my initial order request due to her distractions towards the other two employees’ conversation. I had to settle with an unwanted basic three topping rather than a specialty pizza. She didn’t even get it when I asked her for a side order of the new Spicy Pepperoni Rolls. Upon giving me my complete prepared order, after I was able to properly review the finished product, the pizza dough was not fully done and I could see where a cutter was used, but the slices were far from cut evenly through. I had to use my own cutter to finish the job. One employee was seemingly more interested in assistance towards the other in their clocking in and out of the system. To make matters more alarming, the most recent health score was an 88 and conducted only a week prior to my visit. The marks scored were highly avoidable and just because of careless error by careless employees. I am positive that was my last visit to this location. The business is +/- one year in business and should be doing better.

Rudest person I have ever encountered ! Decided to drive over and order because they won’t answer phone, he was sweating all over, I can guarantee you that sweat is going in your Pizza and his attitude was awful .

Wings are never sauced. Just lightly coated and when you ask for more you’re met with “ you just have to toss it around “ when the sauce has literally melted into the bottom of the box.
My garlic sauce was opened and I was told ‘ well it wasn’t like that when I handed it to you ‘ even though I never even went inside with my order && clearly didn’t open it in front of her.
Hold times are 20+ minutes and anything over the phone feels super rushed despite never really ever being busy. Needs a lot of help. Used to love the wings but it’s gone way downhill.

I gave it 4 stars because my wife had to use the latrine very badly. She asked the employee if she could use the latrine and was told it is not used for public usage. And this is after we had made a 50 dollar order. Place was clean and neat employees were very nice mannered. But needless to say they have lost my business there. 1st time ever using that papa John’s pizza. If anyone receiving service from OPP, ALABAMA, papa John’s pizza do not ask to use there latrine. Your patronage there is not appreciated.

My husband and I were excited about getting Papa John’s because we love Papa John’s pizza but the pizza we received was not as expected. The bottom of the pizza was burnt, and it had lumps in the dough because they probably didn’t poke holes in the dough as it bakes. I gave 2 stars because the service was okay and the toppings were good although there were very few but the crust was not. We also noticed the carry out person holding the pizza upright and we were glad that wasn’t our pizza.
