Refused to fulfill my mobile order. An hour before they closed. All outside lights off inside lights still on along with drive thru lights. Pulled up to the speaker and they completely ignored me. 11:18pm and they state they are open until 12am. SMH. Hire some people who will actually do their jobs. The older woman who’s always there was there refusing to even serve me.

This is a nice McDonalds restaurant. Seems to be newly constructed. It’s very clean inside and the service is fast and friendly. Good place to stop for a quick bite. There’s also plenty of free parking.

Two complaints really. The play area is always gross. I went in there first thing in the morning before any other kids were in there and noticed how nasty it was. This has happened on multiple occasions, and I know the inside play area does not get cleaned regularly because the backpack vacuum cleaner is gathering dust. It doesn’t take that long to clean it. Just walk in there with a vacuum cleaner crawl up top and vacuum everything. I don’t even care if you mop it. Also the areas underneath the tables, the same fries have been there for months, at least do a good job sweeping it if you’re not gonna do anything else. Last complaint. why doesn’t the men’s restroom have a changing table? You would think that would come standard.

This place used to be the best Mcdonalds in the world!!! Until the 2018 earthquake where they had to remodel the place and it sucks now!!! The old playland was 10000x better than whatever piece of garbage they have now. People used to actually come here and I even met one of my best friends here but they had to replace the amazing playland that my friend’s dad used to call “Mount Krumpet” with some boring “modernized” and “safer” playland that is very dirty and gross. Like the slide barley goes down two levels and is so sticky that you have to crawl down it. Yep. Crawl. There used to be a full size area for the little kids to play on and the slide was actually slideable and it also went down almost 3 levels!!!! But mcdonalds is actually doing this all over the country replacing cool playlands with boring modern ones and responding to the ipad kids by putting video games in the playland. Like that kinda defeats the whole purpose. Nothing like the nolstalgic sound of other kids having fun instead of fighting for bulit in ipads which in their mind is considered pure gold in a fast food restaurant that sell chicken nuggets and ice cream. Next step: Emailing Mcdonalds corporate.

I have honestly never had a more perfect drive through experience. Ordered 4 cheeseburgers and a large fry. Price was 21 even. I handed the first window 21 dollars cash and instantly drove to the second window. The second window instantly handed me my bag and I drove on. All while the lunch rush was happening. The fries were still hot and the burgers were fresh. Honestly it was peak McDonald’s.

There is a gentleman named AJ that is an employee also there is another gentleman that works in the.nightshift drive thru the both of them are rude and talk about customer behind there backs then proceed to lagh at the customer not caring at all. That is very poor customer service and should not be tolerated also I did not ever use inappropriate language at all towards either of them.

Absolutely ridiculous. Employees talking about how they are intentionally going slow to make people wait. This is especially ridiculous for door dashers whose income relies on how quickly they complete orders. I wouldn’t waste my money at this location if I were you.

Went through Sunday at about 10:15pm. The guy at the window cashing people out is rude, can’t understand him at the speaker at all because he mumbles so bad. Ordered two large fries, they literally gave us old COLD fries and put and few fresh ones on top to fool us.

How long does it take the owner of this franchise to realize you need to order more strawberry syrup for the shakes? They’ve been out of it for months now. Just take the strawberry shake off your menu if you don’t want to order more syrup, like you have one job. Do it.

17 July 2022. They can’t even get a DoorDash order right. x4 missing fries, no straws…zero management oversite at this facility. Avoid at all costs.
29 August 2025. Orders are still wrong at a high rate. Use the mobile app to maybe get your order correct, because nobody can understand English on the order microphone. I got a plain biscuit with nothing on it this morning. Just pure bread.
