really poor showing from this place. got the “american burger” which I suppose doesn’t come with cheese, even tho the sample photo of the burger on DoorDash does, not sure. fries were oddly small and under portioned. room for lots of improvement here. 2 stars since it was edible.

Friendly’s always has that cozy, old-school diner vibe, and our meals there are always solid. I got the Buffalo chicken tenders, which are my go-to, has just the right amount of spicy kick. Then came the Philly cheesesteak melt—gooey cheese, tender steak, and buttery grilled bread. For the kid, the grilled cheese was simple but perfect choice. They made their platters have better presentation with side plates and fry baskets. The server was super accommodating with my three-year-old and infant, making sure we had everything we needed. Everything hit the spot, thanks again

This is hands down my favorite spot around! It’s a little on the pricey side, but totally worth it — the food is always amazing. I usually DoorDash from here and they never disappoint. I’m obsessed with their Hunka Chunka Fudge ice cream, and their chicken sandwich, wraps, and tenders are all super tasty. It’s a solid 10/10 for me — my go-to place for sure!

Experience is always great. Been going here for years. It started to go down. Came back and have others working who show experience with good customer service. Jay was amazing. Gave eye contact and kept us informed of in between wait time. Food came quick. Fresh, hot, good. Jay was very attentive. Would ask for him going forward as today was 1st time meeting. The standards that were drilled into me when I was a server for Friendly’s must have gotten relaxed over the years. Food was consistent with what you expect. However timing and pace of meal were horrible. Gave me so much time that I’m actually posting this review as I wait almost 20 minutes for 3 sundaes. 1 of 4 tables in restaurants would hate to see what wait times if it was busy. As I didn’t see a manager on duty, I see why Friendly’s is not the go to family diner it once was. I’d be happy to come train your staff, with my 25 years in the industry if you’d be so inclined

This location charged me for my bill total, and then upon adding my tip, recharged me the entire bill plus tip. This was on Saturday, February 14, it is now Thursday, February 20, and I still have the original bill total which was $60.70 held up from my card and over $133 taken out of my account. I have been on the phone with this location and management multiple times and nobody seems to be able to do anything for me. I also was on the phone with my bank and they say the hold is indeed tied up from the restaurants end and not theirs therefore, they cannot even dispute it yet because it has not been processed by the restaurants system fully. But the money sure was taken out of my account right away. And this day and age people have bills due daily, and I cannot afford more days on end unanswered of over $60 withdrawn from my account that I did not sign for. At this point it is illegal in this company stole from me over $60. I signed a slip approving a total of $72.70. And I was charged over 133 total because I was charged twice. Do not shop here unless you are planning to pay with cash, because God knows how long your money will be taken away from you with no answers as to when you will get it back.

Chris was an incredible server. He was entirely on his own but handled the lunch rush very well offering incredible service. Food was perfect. Hated to see that there was no manager present to give him a hand. Thank you Chris!

Friendly’s has great service! Not a long wait on the food and everything came out perfect! Our server was very attentive to our table making sure we had everything we needed. It’s christmas time and they give a holiday environment!

I ordered delivery, done take out, and have eaten at this location multiple times and have always had a great experience. the staff is very nice and the food is good, their icecream is fantastic and they have so many flavors.
