I am amazed how one person and one driver is pushing out great work! During a lunch rush Kristin got my order online, called me and explained how the driver is backed up, switched to carry out and when I got there…despite being the only person working, she served with a smile and truly enjoyed her work. This store needs great employees like her! It would be nice to one day hear that she can take a day off for self care.

LONG HAIR BAKED IN PIZZA. Also, they forgot the bacon strips that i paid for. We ate those pizzas anyway cuz we had already waited an hour and a half for the pizzas, its dinner time. So I forgot to call numerous times throughout the week because of normal life stuff. And today I call and the lady who said she’s the assistant general manager said I confused her to why I didnt call before. I told her i took pictures that day. And she says she doesnt know what to do cuz I waited so long and ill have to call her gm tomorrow. No apology or anything.

A large pizza with extra cheese had some places that you could see and touch bread. I mean, several spaces over an inch wide. This is the worst, not only pizza, but food item that I have ever ordered. Large pizza, 8 PC wings…$40. This is unbelievable to me. My kids like that cardboard pizza…the kind in a box, frozen food dept at grocery. I will tell you that I’d eat that $5 cardboard before eating this again. I am so disappointed.

The pizzas were expertly and expeditiously prepared. They arrived at my doorstep quicker than expected, and best of all, they were piping hot upon arrival. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors were top-notch, exactly what you’d expect from Papa John’s.
I want to give a special shout-out to our delivery man, Shawn. He was incredibly professional and courteous. It was clear from his demeanor that he takes his job seriously and doesn’t treat it as just some type of “side gig.” His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the delivery experience even better.
In summary, Papa John’s delivered not only great pizza but also great service. The combination of delicious food, quick delivery, and exceptional customer service by Shawn exceeded my expectations.

Just got a pizza delivered to my job. The delivery was awesome with great customer service. But the pizza was cold and tasted bland I also ordered wings but they were very good. I’m giving them 3 stars because of the delivery driver and the wings but the pizza tasted horrible . I ordered new York style pizza.
