My husband and I had met my friend here to celebrate a late Christmas. While we were waiting for our mobile orders, an employee approached our table and told us we couldn’t eat outside food without ordering. We had brought a bag of chips to go along with our order (2 footlongs, a 6 inch, a bag of chips, and a soda). It was really disappointing that she didn’t take the time to check that we had already placed an order. Instead, she immediately accused us of doing something wrong. After we told her that we had placed mobile orders there wasn’t any sort of apology or even clarification on whether they have a policy concerning outside food. I also checked around the restaurant for signs concerning a policy on outside food and there weren’t any.
This unnecessary approach tainted our visit and made what should have been a pleasant celebration awkward. While the food itself was ok, better staff communication is needed to avoid making customers feel uncomfortable.

I was sitting at a table waiting for my mobile order and someone came and told me I couldn’t sit there without having subway food and told me to leave. She didn’t ask if I was ready to order or ask if I had put in an order. Just confronted us and told us to leave.

My mom and I went in for sandwiches at this location. First of all, one of the ladies behind the counter – the one in charge of the bread, meat, and cheese, was rude and very sarcastic to my mom just because my mom couldn’t hear her question when she asked what kind of cheese my mom wanted on her sandwich. The woman was mumbling very fast and talking down into the cooler – I was standing right there and didn’t understand what she said either. She clearly was having a bad day, but that was no reason to be rude when she was asked if she could repeat her question. We were trying to be friendly, but it was clear from her tone of voice that she was already in a bad mood when we approached the counter.
Also, the grilled chicken on my sandwich was quite chewy and so processed-tasting that it had no discernable flavor of its own. I feel like their ingredients have really gone downhill in the last few years. So disappointing because I used to like eating at Subway.
BTW – the other lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful!

I ordered food through the app for pick up on accident when I was trying to cancel it. I tried calling the store like it says on the app and not a single time that I call did someone pick up the phone and I called so many times because I can’t leave my house I have a two year-old toddler and I don’t have a car their website. Customer service thing was not very helpful. I can’t even confirm or deny if my order was canceled.

I’ve ordered here 5 times in a row here to drum up this particular review. Every single time I have ordered here it has been 10/10. 5 stars and a half. I mean the food doesn’t even taste the same from other locations. The energy in the air must be different over on Amity because I’m telling you, THE best. I get the veggie patty foot long every time (order in app and it’s only 6.99!) Trust me on this ☆☆☆☆☆ tastes like the commercials make you think it tastes

I hate the fact that Subway wants us to tip, but can’t do/doesn’t pay attention to the comments when the receipt prints out. I’m not putting anything crazy in the comments, just asking for the sandwich to be toasted longer. I do this everytime, and when I bring it up, they always say oops sorry we did not see that. This is just dumb, don’t put a comment section if the people who make the sandwiches don’t read it. If I’m paying for a sandwich and I’m being nice about it, I expect it the next time for it to be fixed. But, it never happens. Just read the comments, I understand if you can’t do it, but you can and you choose not to, and when I don’t tip, you have a shitty attitude. Do better and I’ll tip!

Very clean, friendly and fresh food. Rest rooms are clean. The food was prepared fast and exactly how we wanted and they made sure we were satisfied. One of the best Subways we’ve been to.
