Ordered a pizza online at 10:49 am to be delivered at 12. I put in my cell phone number so that it could update me on status, one hour later around 11:46 I decided to make sure it was on its way by making a call to the store. The employee that greeted me told me I just ordered the pizza a few mins ago. I had asked and it was confirmed by email that the pizza be delivered at 12. I asked if she might could get it there by 12:15. The employee was very rude to me. Told me they were very busy and treated me as if I had just ordered the pizza put me on a long hold after she told me she didn’t think she could get it there by 12:15 and after the 8 minute hold, she said the pizzas were ready and driver was leaving now. The problem is before she placed me on long hold it was more like I can’t do 12:15. I had pulled over at Pizza Hut. Placed an order, paid, and had them tell me they could have my pizza ready in 10 mins. Lost a customer today.

Every order I’ve ever placed has always been ready and correct. Orders are usually pretty quick too. The staff is friendly enough, and it’s clean. My only “complaint” as it were, is it’s difficult to get in and out of this location.

This Papa John’s is notoriously understaffed and underpaid. HOWEVER, I called in to their ordering system (not even mad about it), on my way home from a movie at Cobb’s. The lady told me 30 minutes. By the time I made it to Papa John’s, (9 minutes later) these young ladies had my pizza very fresh and ready to go. It was a Friday night and they were very busy, yet smiled and were so personable. I will only go to this Papa John’s. We drive 45 minutes just to go here.

Great consistent service. This location is in an old shopping center and honestly doesn’t look super inviting. There’s really nothing the owner renting the location can do about that, but the food quality, order accuracy, and prep time for an order is consistent every single time. I’ve ordered from this location 10+ times in the past 3-5 months and I’ve had absolutely zero issues. Great service, happy employees, great job all around
