WOW this was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!! The lovely lady over the phone was the sweetest!!! She was so sweet to revise my mistake and she caught it before the pizza left!! Their delivery literally took 4 mins !! So amazing!!! Thanks to the polite delivery man we got it in a timely manner!!!

Called because my pizza wasn’t sliced at all and the pepperoni at first glance looked to be missing on half the pizza. The Rude woman told me she personally made my pizza and nothing was wrong it. I tried to explain to her it wasn’t sliced and then she caught an attitude. I understand we all make mistakes sometime and that’s perfectly understandable. But how rude that woman was is the reason I’ll never go back.

Most of the time, Papa John’s delivers exactly what I expect—hot, flavorful, and fresh. But on this particular night, the pizza was off. The dough was chewy and dense, not soft or fluffy like I’m used to. The overall texture felt like it had been sitting too long before baking or wasn’t made with the usual care. Disappointing, especially when you’re craving that signature Papa John’s bite.
That said, I called in and followed up with the online survey. The customer service response was solid. The manager reached out personally and agreed to remake the entire order at no charge. That’s how you restore trust—with quick, no-hassle accountability and professionalism.
I’m grateful for the resolution and the fact that they didn’t try to argue or shift blame. Things happen, but their customer care showed me why I keep returning.
So while the experience started off below standard, the follow-through brought it back up. Thank you for owning the issue and making it right.

For the last couple years this location has continued to decline in all categories. Long wait times and cold food is the standard but tonight took the cake. I ordered jalapeno bites with my order and what was delivered was unrecognizable. An employee at the location had to make the actual decision to send these out. They refunded the amount for the bites but nothing more. When you order food for delivery, you do so based on the entirety of the meal arriving. When one or more items are inedible, you actually change the meal for the whole party, hence you should refund the entirety of the meal, especially when it’s this egregious.

I ordered 17-18 pizzas for a critical meeting, but the restaurant called to cancel my order, causing significant inconvenience and wasting my time. Their reason for the cancellation was that they ran out of dough and that I should place my order few days in advance. Additionally, after I filed a complaint, I received a call at 11 PM Central Time to discuss it. Who calls that late at night? I hate writing bad reviews, but this place truly deserves it. Corporate and the owner must take action on this matter! Causing inconvenience and then waking me up late night at 11.

Horrible service, ordered online from my hotel. The Papa John’s Website pend the address incorrectly and place the order for this location. Called in attempting to resolve, a gentleman placed me on hold for over 20 min. I called again after the pizza was almost delivered to wrong placed, which was the correct address put pinned on the wrong area. They did finally cancel the order, from when I order to when they canceled 1H 15M passed. So I had to order again in-person at the correct site (Skyland), they were amazing and friendly. Over 2 hours before, I could finally enjoy food from start to finish. The staff didn’t even apologize. Just I don’t care mentality.

I ordered delivery and looked at the tracking. It said delivered. I looked all around outside and it was not here. I called and the lady said she was also showing it as delivered. I told her that I did not have pizza in my possession. She said she would call the delivery man and call me back. She did and the delivery man stated that he dropped it off on our front porch. Again, I said we did not have our pizza. She said “I’m the only one in this store making pizza and I don’t have time to be on the phone with you”. She cancelled our order and 10 minutes later our neighbor from 4 doors down delivered our pizza. Papa Johns has great pizza but terrible service. Order early and pick up.
