Just ordered for pick up, got home – my wife was like… this looks small. Supposed to be 12″ pizza, it’s 11″ – that’s really disappointing. Because the pizza is smaller, we’re getting less for our order… less toppings, less cheese… y’all wanna make this right for us? Is be happy to update my review…but as of now, wife and I were looking to have some play time and relax together but kinda nerfed the mood, ya know?

To whoever those 2 girls that were working on December 23rd at 11pm I ordered on the app, I came in and the one girl looked at me like I’m some kind of alien.. I said I’m here to pick up for Andrew she instantly walked away I stopped her and said can I pay, she rolled her eyes and said the other girl will do it.. I paid walked out. Waited for a little came back in and asked if it was ready,
I can see the pizza was just sitting on the board not cut up yet while the girl with the attitude is on her phone… They decided to finally box it up as if they are doing me a favor.. I then asked the girl if garlic comes in the box she rolled her eyes at me again and gave me a disgusting attitude and said yes… On top of all that they couldn’t even cut the pizza right it was cut SLOPPY into 3 horrible slices… I ordered a LARGE.. and they forgot the mushrooms the entire pizza fell apart while I was trying to take a slice I’m DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED….

Came on March 17th after 8:30 and no workers acknowledged us. Anyone that walked through the doors – the workers just said “welcome to puree chaos”. Waited for over 30 mins while workers swept the floor walked in and out the restaurant answered the phone but no one helped us for carry out. Like we were invisible ALL 10 customer waiting.
There was so many people waiting for pizza and not one person was helped. Don’t come here don’t order here.
Not sure what the workers are upset at that they don’t want to attend to anyone walking in to pick up. Just go to any other pizza place. Go to pizza city instead. I understand times are tough and people getting paid minimum wage dont want to deal with anything extra – but if you cant hand the pizza to a customer – don’t work then. Or if you cant communicate with customers that pizza is not ready – don’t work then.

After 30 minutes asking for a manger hiding in the back he hands me my 2 pizzas. Wrong pizzas and on top of that burnt. Had to wait another 20 minutes fornthrm to redo my pizzas.
In the end I asked for a refund because I did not trust them anymore with my pizzas. Going to see if I get my refund since he did not give me a receipt.

Good food but my order was incorrect . The store manager is rude and not helpful at all. I would think that a store manager responsible for providing a service would at least a give you an apology and figure out how to correct your order but no. Not going back there again .

Ordered a pizza from here and the driver must’ve dropped it but didn’t say anything because the pizza was smashed. Called in and the manager said he would take down my info give me a complimentary pizza my next time calling. Went to call in about a week or so later and no free pizza, no information noted. The manager on duty didn’t even want to get on the phone when I asked to speak to her!

– update (1/07/2022) Just had the same thing happen to me. I know the pizza is sealed but I’m almost sure if it was being dropped or if anything happened they would know, yet nothing was communicated.

Used to Love It—Not Anymore

I used to really enjoy Papa John’s, but the quality has gone downhill. I always request light sauce, and the last two times my pizza came loaded with sauce—completely the opposite of what I asked for. The pizzas also haven’t been as fresh, with fewer toppings and undercooked crust. On top of that, service is getting slower and less accurate. Disappointed, especially as a long-time customer. Hope they get it back on track.

Terrible. JAMES kept interrupting me and pretty much in a nice way calling me a liar that they rang the bell and knocked. I have full security in the house and door bell rings throughout the house. I ordered at 4:25pm it is 6:30″it said 30 min to be delivered. Still no pizza. He has terrible customer service. No apology and then I was speaking to a wall. I work in hospitality so I know how to treat customers. I hope they do record calls and train especially JAMES. HE NEEDS HELP.
Update just got the pizza at 6:45pm
Got it with a nasty receipt in the box. Unfortunately now I have to order another food.

3 days later received an email from management about the incident. Call Kat who is the manager explained what happen. Even though they refunded and apologized. I explained it is more than just a refund I see by the reviews these is an on going issue and there needs to be training. Obviously she did not like what I said and she said well they are under staffed.there is it because they are under staffed they have the right to be rude and they hire who ever to handle food and deal with customers. She hung up on me. Papa johns great family service you offer.

I Ordered two pizzas on a Friday at 5:25 PM by phone the lady who answered the phone said that it would take 20 minutes for the pizza. I arrived at 5:45 and the attendant, an older lady, said that it would be about another half hour. I waited patiently as people arrived and this lady kept telling them that they had to wait 30 minutes, that it was a busy night. One customer said forget the order and left because she had to wait another 30 mins. The young woman who was making/ prepping the dough started throwing trays very loudly and saying things and being loud. I told the older lady that we shouldn’t be mistreated like that because it was not our fault. She told the young woman to calm down. She said that there is a call center somewhere in the Philippines that takes the orders.
I haven’t been to this PAPA JOHN’s for years and now this horrible experience of having to wait for too long plus being mistreated by an employee (younger blonde woman). I left at 6:15 PM with my two pizzas. I would’ve left but I paid in advance. There was another gentleman there that went through the same experience. He said he was going to post a review also. I hope he does.
I always go to BELLA ROMA‘s for pizza. The best in Saint cloud. But my grandson wanted me to buy Papa John’s pizza. Never ever never ever never again.!!!! And the Pizza tasted like the ones you buy in Walmart.
