I ordered 2 pizzas today with 5 toppings each. One pizza was made correct and one had 2 toppings missing so I realized after eating half of the pizza the toppings were missing. So I called the store and talked to the manager that one of my pizzas had 2 toppings missing and the giy was telling me that he made the pizza and stated he made the pizza correctly. Then I asked him to check cameras and then he told me he doesn’t have access to them. Then I asked to talk to the manager then he stated that he is the manager and he is telling me that he has made both pizzas correctly and is asking me to bring the pizza back to see the pizza and make The pizza and he is refusing the make the pizza before I get there. He said he wants to see the pizza before he starts making the pizza. Then I went to the store, showed him the pizza that has 2 toppings missing. He acknowledged that and then told me he can not give me a pizza because it is only have a pizza. He is not apologizing but he called the local authority on me. After they arrived, I spoke to them that it was made wrong and he still did not apologize that it is their mistake and refused to make a pizza and ask me to leave the place. This is a kind of people work at this Pizza Hut that do not apologize on their mistakes and tell the customer that you are lying. After seeing the pizza has 2 toppings missing, still the guy hasn’t apologized. I will never go there again. Pizza Hut corporate should have taken action on this. To have this situation solved, manager should have called an apologized otherwise we will not go to this Pizza Hut again. Only thing I was telling him is that I’m right.

Seems like this location is a hit or miss and most of the time it has been a miss. I ordered boneless garlic parm wings and got these pathetic bbq wings instead which were very dry and sauce was terrible as can be seen in this photo. I don’t think I will give this Pizza Hut location another try it has been mostly disappointing every time!

Let me start by saying I like Pizza Hut. They have been my favorite pizza place since the 1970s. But in the past couple years, getting my pizza the way I want it feels like I’m rolling the dice.
Placed an order with this location for the family. One item was a pizza with extra EXTRA cheese, easy on the sauce and a topping. An emphasis was made on the extra EXTRA cheese, something that is often not done correctly. And I said that to the young lady taking my order. She had to keep asking someone else there how to do things while taking my order.
Arrived to pick it up and was first rung up for the wrong order. When they went to credit me for it they say the credit will take about 5 days to go through. But they can take money out of my account to pay for it right away. And why they needed a phone number from me on a slip giving me credit is beyond me.
Then I get my order and the pizza is not as I ordered it. It is clearly the regular amount of cheese and regular sauce. I was billed correctly. I said something about it and she went and got the employee who had to come up to do the earlier credit. I asked him if it looks like extra extra cheese to him. He says he can’t tell if it looks that way because he wasn’t there when they made it. Then he tells me the only way they can give me any credit for the pizza is if the phone number I gave them on the credit slip or ordered from is linked to an account. It is not, I called from my home phone and that is the number I gave them on the slip. I asked if there was a card they could give me saying I had credit on a future order. He tells me not that he knows of. I asked if there was any other way to take care of that. He said I can wait while they make me another one.
At this point I’ve already been inside at the counter for 10 minutes, I had family waiting in the car – including a baby. I was not going to stand there for another 20 minutes or so. Why they couldn’t give me credit the same way they did for them ringing me up for the wrong order I do not know.
We started going to this pizza hut because the service was better than the other one in our area and they had been able to make my pizza the way I wanted it.
I guess it’s back to driving to Ephrata to pick up a decent pizza.

Stop ordering chain pizza. Go to your local pizzeria and spend your money there. The pizza tasted like it came out of an easy bake oven. Garlic sticks were total garbage along with the chicken bites. Even the marinara sauce was terrible! How do you mess up marinara sauce? It’s because everything is brought in a big box truck and heated up in the kitchen. I’d be surprised if they even had a traditional oven. We paid $35 and seriously regret it.

I went to pick up my order, and there were 4 other people waiting. They said it had been an hour. There was 1 person handling the entire place on a Sunday on a holiday weekend. I STOOD THERE FOR 20 minutes before she came out even though I could see my food behind the counter ready. This poor girl was doing her absolute best. Poor planning from the management. They are lucky to have this girl who you could tell was struggling and still being professional in a bad situation. Good job Brynn…horrible job pizza hut.

Ive been ordering from this store for a while now since i moved here. I must say, everything has improved in the last couple months. I went there for carryout and a manager named Michelle was so friendly compared to others. I will continue spending my money there as long as i continue receiving exceptional service

Employees at the location are friendly and do their best to provide quality service despite a lot of their customers being disrespectful and demanding. I just witnessed a woman tear into the manager because they were closed on Christmas Day and when he came in today they were out of stock of medium pan pizzas. He did everything in his power to try to assist her and make it right and only received attitude back as she cancelled the order. Please be kind and others especially when they are working hard in an often thankless job. I order from this location often and it isn’t always perfect, however the employees work hard to fill orders that they have zero control over when they are coming in through the Pizza Hut app outside of store hours.

I have always loved pizza hut. The exeter store is great. The staff is friendly and my pizza is perfect every time.
We also think the delivery lady has excellent customer service skills. She always deliverys with a smile. Keep up the great work!

Update 2/25: Recently ordered for pickup, and all of our food was fresh, hot and delicious! We also tried the new tavern style pizza which was really good too. The staff were all friendly and the inside of the storefront was obviously recently updated, it looks much better than it did before. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
Always good food and quick service. Nice to have a Pizza Hut in the area, there aren’t many left!
