I wasn’t going in to get pizza but it was around 8:55-9pm on March 27th, 2023 waiting in the car for my significant other to get off of work. I see a worker from papa johns in White Nissan Altima speeding through the parking lot when there are customers still walking in the parking from papa johns and the other businesses. The Papa Johns worker didnt even at the Stop sign that is in the parking lot or looked both ways as I was in the parking spot next to the stop sign. No matter what time of day it is you need to not be speeding in the parking lot and still stop and check both ways at a stop sign! People pop out, out of nowhere all the time especially in a parking lot.

I ordered it took half hour cuz I was calling Pakistan or some place like it. And it never came. The driver said he couldn’t find it even tho I’m a half mile away and when he called there was no answer so they voided the order. The store was still open and they wouldn’t make another pizza. They said the oven was turned off.i would fire everyone in that store. They don’t deserve a job. There was no missed calls on my phone log. He lied. This is unacceptable I will be calling managmentin the am. And if not satisfied I will NEVER order another pizza and I will bad mouth Papa John’s for life.

I called in and placed my order ahead of time. They said 15 mins. Get here 30 mins later and they didn’t even make my pizza. Nothing like waiting 45 mins in Poppa Johns and you hear them say did you make that pizza yet and they still like not yet. All they offered me was a free soda. The craziest thing is they have like 8 people working.

The pizzas were great, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the call center used for placing orders. I ordered all stuffed crust pizzas but the person who took my order had 2 of the pizzas with regular crusts (I had an order of 5 in total).

Worst pizza ever from this Papa John’s Hwy. 92, Auburndale,FL. No flavor on the garlic parm crust, paid extra for extra toppngs which were sparse, sauce had no flavor. Not only that, did an online order a couple hours ahead of pickup time, but store did not have the order when I arrived. No more Papa John’s for me.

We ordered half chicken and half cheese and we got home our pizza was completely wrong. I can’t even eat it. They gave us some kind of chicken bacon/ham with barbecue sauce. Totally wrong pizza! I can’t eat it so My boyfriend is the only one who can. Because we don’t want to go back out I am posting this as a warning to other people.
