This was entirely not the employees fault. As usual they have zero staff helping and it’s just one girl trying to do it all. It’s ridiculous that they expect one employee to run that building by themselves and I really appreciate her doing as good of a job if she did considering her lack of help. Not sure where the problem lies whether it be and pay or something else but it’s been that way at this location for over 2 years now.

This place is disgusting. Behind the counter looks even worse but I didn’t want them seeing me taking photos. Woman’s bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. I feel like I need a shower after being in here. A frat house after a Friday night party is cleaner than this place.

Manager and another Gal small talking with a customer as I watch my Mobil walkin order not being made. were busy small talk. Drive thru side did good made my drink. Then they proceeded to take that customer order they were talking to her got his food before me even though my order list sitting there then I was asked do I need any help, I said yes I need the rest of my order. Now she looks and says we have no avocado I said that’s fine. Then I get my sandwich missing the cheese. Did I do something wrong here. Wow now manager ignoring 2 more customers and one got there attention. Wow

Went here with my fiancé one day when we got off of work. We ordered 2 large drinks and that was it. When we got to the window to pay, they had charged me for the wrong order that came out to $20. I wasn’t told about this till my fiancé handed me the receipt and we looked at it and said “NO this is not our order, you guys charged us for the wrong order.” The 2 men workers were just standing there clueless. Had no idea where our order was. Keep in mind we are in the drive thru part of Dunkin. So instead of apologizing and giving me my money back or something kind of refund, they hand us an old box of donut holes that were hard as rocks and said that that’s all they can do. Poor service, terrible lazy workers, do not waste your money here!

The single worst planed parking lot in existence. If there are 3 cars in the drive-thru the entrance is blocked. Since they only take and serve one order at a time (leaving the next person at the menue board) there were 6 in the drive-thru lane…which then blocks the exit from the parking lot.
