I have been going to this Dunkin since it opened, and they used to be fine. But recently they’ve gone DOWN hill. I decided to place a mobile order this morning to pick up. Got in drive thru (which was almost out to main road once I turned in) and waited for 10 minutes with no cars moving, but watched 8 different people park, get out of their car, go in and get there food and be leaving all in the mean time. It’s almost as if they were completely ignoring the drive thru. Finally the line started moving and at this point I was about 3 cars behind the original person (was like 6-7 but others left/went inside) after a while I finally got to the window. Multiple times they came up to me asking “what’s the name on the order again” I see a guy worker go over to the food and at first he starts making things I didn’t order, no one was inside at the moment, then he began to make my food as a girl made my drink.. she gets done and sets my drink on the counter beside the window. Guy gets done with the food, hands it to me and walks away. I wait there for a couple more minutes thinking “hopefully they will see I’m still here and realize they forgot something “ but nope . I finally had to honk my horn the guy comes over confused so I say “Can I have my coffee please” he just turns to his side picks up a cup and goes “here have a nice day” he did not look at any labeling or anything. Just picked up the first cup he saw. Luckily it was my drink, but still something that shouldn’t be treated like that. I would’ve went inside once I realized they did not care about anyone in Drive Thru, but I had my 4 small children with me, so getting them all out/leaving them in a car alone was not something I wanted to do .

I hate to be a Karen but after 4 or 5 tries I have to leave a review.

This Dunkin is down the road from my house. Occasionally I stop by to grab donut holes and coffee for my family. Every time I have went it takes minimum 15 minutes even with no lining the drive through or in side. Today I sat at the order speaker for 5 minutes before they took my order. No car in front of me and it looked like only one car in the parking lot. Every time I order I get 25 donut holes and every time I have been shorted. Today I got 19 donut holes but paid for 25. Every time my coffee is cold. Today it was luke warm at best. The guy working the drive thru was polite but looked homeless. This person is the face of your store, he should look presentable. If you are trying to help a homeless person in need of a job, assist him in looking presentable. Take a bit of pride in your business. I’m done with this shop. Again I hate to write a poor review but how else can I help the store do better or help other people not get shorted or get poor quality food. I’ll vote with my money and spend it somewhere else. Good luck and I hope the owner sees this and makes some positive changes.

This has to be the absolute worst DD I’ve ever been to. I’ve been in the drive thru with 4 cars in front of for the past 15 minutes and the line has not moved a single car. People are walking up to the doors and they are all locked (it’s 7:20 am). How this place stays in business is beyond my comprehension. It’s like this every time I come here and I don’t come here very often. Obviously, mgmt doesn’t read the reviews…. Or they don’t care.

Every time I try to go to Dunkin, the line is backed up all the way to the road. I stop by 3–4 times a week—before work or on weekends—and there’s almost always a long wait. Sometimes I’ll sit in the drive-thru, but it usually takes 10–15 minutes, and most days I simply can’t wait that long without being late to work, appointments, or other commitments.
What’s frustrating is that this location never used to have such serious time-management issues. Lately, though, it’s become such a problem that I’ve had to stop going in the mornings because I can’t risk being late. I don’t think customers should have to leave home 20 minutes earlier just to get a coffee. The drive-thru being backed up to the road has become a consistent issue, and I hope it can be addressed.

Been going to Dunkin’ Donuts across the country for the past two decades. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. It may seem busy it’s only because they’re so slow, but it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a coffee. Orders are wrong about 50% of the time so make sure you check your order. When you try to correct your order then they’re rude to you.

Because of this location, I deleted the app no longer going to any Dunkin’ Donuts. I don’t want to give them any of my money because they keep screwing me not giving my money back for more orders of stuff they don’t have. Besides this location makes their drinks awful. Keep thinking they’ll get better just don’t go there they won’t

Staff are so beyond rude here. I sat at the speaker with no answer for close to 3 mins. Then I decided to follow traffic and pull around. When I made it to the window, everyone refused to give me eye contact or even say anything. So then I was more confused if I missed telling them something. Finally another girl walked up the window and told me a total,I informed her I did not even get to order yet and that I waited at the speaker for a period of time and no one ever came on to take the order. She replied “well, I haven’t even clocked in from my break yet.” I told her to just forget it and left. I have always been skeptical of Dunkin as the drinks are always subpar and the staff have the least bit of customer service. Today officially closed that door for me. Also, to the rude young lady, if you don’t like your job then find another. You don’t need to be rude and ruin someone else’s day due to your own disappointments and frustrations in life.

Every other morning I come here, they are out of oatmilk or dairy substitutes. Today I was cut off mid order for them to remind me yet again they were out. Either someone isn’t ordering enough inventory or corporate is denying the proper budget to run this store. You can’t keep business if you don’t keep the proper amount of ingredients in stock. I have zero issues with the staff, they are always polite and sweet. However something needs to be done for the lack of supplies

This is the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever encountered (and I’ve been to many). There is no reason they should take this long. There is nobody in front of drive thru ordering station yet they make us wait 20 minutes to even order. They are lazy, rude, and incredibly slow.

I placed an online order at the Dunkin on Wall Street. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I went up to the counter to find out that they were out of the main item I’d ordered. I asked for a refund and was told I’d have to call the 800 number. I left and went to the store on Port Royal. It was also super busy and I wasn’t hopeful. But I went inside and Donna was so sweet and so helpful. She filled my order quickly and I was on my way in no time. Someone give Donna a raise!
