I was really hoping to help improve their ratings since I was happy to see a ramen, sushi, and Boba place here at Niagara Falls!
The ramen looked ok when I saw someone brought by me, but when I actually got it, it was not good. The broth was warm and did not taste like any ramen flavors, in fact, it had some MSG-like aftertaste. Noodle was very ordinary.
Boxed Sushi’s looked pretty good, someone had it and said it was good, so I improved the rating from 1 to 2 stars.
Boba teas were in cans instead of freshly made, which is disappointing but understandable. We didn’t try.
Servers were friendly and prompt. The place was crowded, and you had to find and clean the table yourself.

Ramen with grilled chicken and a boba cost $36.49 and this was the worst ramen I’ve ever had. The broth was completed bland and tasteless, and it was not hot. The boba was 7/10, a bit too sweet for me.

Absolutely terrible experience. What they sold me as “ramen” could barely be called food. It was bland, with a strange texture, no real broth, and nothing even remotely similar to actual ramen. It was completely inedible — I literally wasted my money and ended up in a bad mood.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. I truly hope they reconsider their quality, because this is an embarrassment for the price they charge.

Ramen was very bad. And didn’t taste at all. I’m so sorry to spent my money for it. I would not recommend anyone to try this dish here

Diabolical! I ordered a California roll, it was so bad I can barely describe it. The rice was hard, and for some reason there was water in the box. Also the prices were too high, the California roll I ordered was 15$. just eat in the flames fast food restaurant nearby.

Decent noodle bowl.
Good overall and price is good given being in the visitors centre at Niagara Falls.
Soup is quite salty for my taste. Vegetables and egg cooked nicely.

Just noodles in ramen. The broth was ok at best. Thankful for new cuisine but can do better given the price at $16.

You try eating ramen with a flat wooden spoon. Add a rude person at the till, gross boba options, and mealy sushi rice, and this 1-star is well-earned.

The saddest food experience in Canada ever. I’m really sad to leave this review because I would rather tell the owner in person what I didn’t like and give them the chance to change. I love giving maximum stars and positive reviews. I don’t believe in 1 star reviews because most of them reflect the anger or frustration of the reviewer. That’s why I gave 2 stars. But this so called ramen bowl is made of the $1 noodle/ramen soup. All dehidrated noodles are gathered together in one place awaiting to be dipped in hot water. The liquid around the noodles is water with an odd taste that resemble nothing I’ve tasted before. The noodles were not even boiled properly. They “forgot” to add the egg. I went back to ask for the egg. They try to blame it on me for not asking the egg. When I pointed out that the egg is part of the bowl which costs $16 a gentlemen came and said I will give it to you. I had to wait for a while. I guess they had no eggs ready. He apologized saying that he was training someone. And he gave me an extra egg to show me he was apologetic. For that reason I gave an extra star for the service.
This may sound like a good business model, but to me it felt like a scam. Buy noodles probably with $0.25/pack and add lots of water (therefore no flavor)a few strands of red pepper, bokchoy , chives add half egg and charge $16 plus tax. That’s smart.
But I can’t believe that whoever is managing hospitality in Niagara Falls, a famous place which represents Canada worldwide, would tolerate such a business inside one of the most visited places at The Falls.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this so called ramen bowl. It’s nothing like even the ones you buy in the grocery stores. Sadly an unforgettable experience. It’s not even the regret of paying for something I could not even eat. It’s the feeling of being upset with myself for falling for such a scam. I am responsible for not reading the previous reviews and not asking for my money back as soon as they blamed me for not asking for the egg when I ordered. This all situation made me look like a fool. That’s the part that I’m mostly upset about.
However the food itself wasn’t just bad; it was sincerely the worst I have ever had. Maybe it is because seeing the name sushi and tempura, I had the expectation of the amazing Japanese food. Sorry Japan for being grossly misrepresented by these people!

Ahmad took our order wrong (misheard it) and when we came back to say it was the wrong dish he told us it was our mistake! Rude and not good customer service. Not recommended.
