The customer service we received from Faith was terrible. She refused to give us our order when the pizza was right there on the counter! All because my husband who drove far to pick up used my married last name to confirm the order instead of my maiden name. (Never updated my account, had it for years). He then quickly corrected the name and confirmed the whole order she slid it away from him and told him wrong store. He went all the way to another one just for me to call her and be told she had the pizza this whole time. She was rude to me too. I confirmed EVERYTHING! Even the card used. We ended up going to Dominoes who had the same thin crust pizza taste the same and cheaper btw! Fire Faith! She’s was garbage.

Called PaPa Johns to order a pizza, got a call center who said they were located in the Philippines. Asked how to get the store directly and the call center said press option 5. Called and a woman named Faith answered ( because we asked her name) and we asked about any specials, and she then told us if we wanted to know specials then go online! Our internet was down so we continued to place an order over the phone with her. We ordered a Gluten Free pizza, but asked that they please cook it a little longer because the last one was soggy. Faith then told us that wasn’t possible because they are premade crusts. (And insinuating we didn’t know from our experience that it was indeed soggy) instead she argued with us and said she couldn’t cook it longer because it would be hard. When what the problem was was they put too much Alfredo on it and yes Faith it was soggy, we know what we got, and what soggy was and we were trying to make it a better experience with this one!! We then added a works pizza, thin and crispy. Total $31.00+ .We get to the location to get our pizza in Orange City, not a single customer in the establishment ( late evening) and no business. Mentioned we had called and gotten an operator in the Philippines, with her response being quite snarky that she couldn’t be bothered answering the phone to take orders ( although it worked fine back in the day when they actually had business) We then added on a 2 liter of soda and total is now $35.00 and I ask to see the pizza before paying, she brings the pizza over, doesn’t open the box, but sees my cash of $100 in my hand to pay, pulls the boxes back and says sorry, we don’t take bills over $20. First of all we drove from the other side of Deltona to give you business, and you said nothing about that over the phone. That was the method of payment I had. At this point, this Faith had me so irritated that I told her then fine, you can keep the frickin pizza!! I promise you I will NEVER purchase another single thing from Papa Johns, and never recommend them to ANYONE! ESPECIALLY that location! This used to be our favorite! Believe me Faith, there are much better pizza places we can order from!

They don’t wear gloves, hairnets, or beard guards. The same person making the pizza is also handling dirty cash. They should really update their food health standards. Even Wawa & Sams Club wears gloves Jesus

Haha I tell people now “Papa John is my hero” lol! Seriously though they delivered before, during, & after the hurricanes, and the delivery drivers are always super friendly. Food is good, something for everyone.

Way easy experience with call ahead / ordering and pickup. Oder was accurate (sometimes I have had troubles with our usual Papa Johns in giving the correct sauces ordered) and cashier was prompt with communication from the moment I walked in. Literally the easiest food pickup I have experienced in my life. Thanks for a quick and hassle frees dinner pickup!

They usually have great deals. Today I ordered and the driver was nice enough to come inside and put the pizza down on my dining room table since I’m on crutches and couldn’t carry anything. He was a very friendly fellow who was nice to my dogs as well. My issue with Papa John’s is that they charge $12.99 for a pizza, bread sticks, and drink which is pretty good. But they charge $3.50 which doesn’t go to the driver + tax + tip. You wind up spending twice that by the time it’s all said and done.
