I think it’s lame that they fired all their drivers and now they have people delivering without the heat bags. Also they are outsourcing their order takers to somewhere in India so you can barely understand what they’re saying. The last time I ordered, my pizza arrived smashed into one side of the box. I’ve always preferred Dominos but my family often goes for Papa Johns until moving to crestview. This location seems to make several mistakes. Delivery staff has always been here on a timely manner with a friendly approach but the pizza itself has arrived cold, incorrectly made, and this time…. burnt. Not just burnt, cut incorrectly and tasteless. I have a house full of sick loved ones, including myself… the request was pizza. I of course was open to not cooking and doing dishes.

Our Church ministers to the men in the Okaloosa county Correction Center. We wanted to do something nice for them and worked with the warden to allow us to bring pizza into the work camp side for those who would be attending the service. We contacted the district manager and told them of our intentions and asked if we could get a discount for a large order. They said they would give us half the pizzas for free so we ordered 22. When we went to pickup the pizzas we were told that the entire order was FREE! What a blessing! The pizzas were ready, hot and fresh. We also gave pizza to the guards who were really appreciative. Many Thanks to Pappa John’s in Crestview for the wonderful gesture.

Manager was rude and said I should have called and asked first if Bill could be broke for change. How does a place not have the means to break large bills? How do you pay out your drivers?. I am not impressed with the size of the pizza. I had to feed 4 kids and an adult with an XL pizza. I was thinking that we were going to get something really large since it’s a Shaq inspired pizza. For future reference just stick to your usual order you will be more satisfied with that overall compared to this pizza. Not worth the hype. I have 3 stars because they delivered faster than the time than the computer said they would.
