Who ever is pulling/boxing the pizzas from the oven needs to be retrained on cutting. They are not cutting evenly and it is not even close. If this was the first time maybe they were busy but, this has been a consistent problem over the last year or so.

I’ve always preferred Dominos but my family often goes for Papa Johns until moving to crestview. This location seems to make several mistakes. Delivery staff has always been here on a timely manner with a friendly approach but the pizza itself has arrived cold, incorrectly made, and this time…. burnt. Not just burnt, cut incorrectly and tasteless. I have a house full of sick loved ones, including myself… the request was pizza. I of course was open to not cooking and doing dishes.
My daughter refuses to eat it.

Ordered the Super Hawaiian which according to the app comes “loaded” with pineapple, canadian bacon, hickory smoked bacon, 3-cheese blend. Well, this was the worse Hawaiian I’ve ever had. It barely had any ham and there was no bacon of any kind! It just tasted bland like something was missing.

Delivery or pick up. It’s pizza and it’s not made until you order. Papa John’s has pizza that’s consistent wherever you’re located… not a lot of guess work on that, so there’s not a whole lot of risk.

I’m writing to report an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience I had using your service.
I placed an order around 12am. I was starving and hadn’t eaten all day. I attempted to pay for my order, but the app kept saying the payment didn’t go through. I tried again several times, only to later realize that my card was charged FOUR times for the same order.
Eventually, one of the attempts finally went through and I received a confirmation. However, when the delivery driver arrived at 1am, he refused to give me the food. He claimed the order wasn’t paid for, even after I showed him proof of the multiple charges. Instead of resolving the issue, he left with my food.
At that hour, there were no other places open, so I ended up going to bed hungry, upset, and having been charged multiple times for food I never received.
This is completely unacceptable. I expect:
1. A full refund of all charges, including the successful one (as I received nothing).
2. An investigation into the behavior of the delivery driver.
3. Compensation for the inconvenience, lost time, and emotional distress caused by this experience.
Please respond and resolve this immediately.
Update: I ended up going to the location to speak with a manager and spoke to Austin at the North Ferdon location. He was very kind and generous in resolving the situation. I truly appreciated his quick response and professionalism. His customer service was impeccable. Thank you, Austin!

I am not impressed with the size of the pizza. I had to feed 4 kids and an adult with an XL pizza. I was thinking that we were going to get something really large since it’s a Shaq inspired pizza. For future reference just stick to your usual order you will be more satisfied with that overall compared to this pizza. Not worth the hype. I have 3 stars because they delivered faster than the time than the computer said they would.

Somehow greasier than any other Papa Johns I’ve ever had. Every pizza has 3 or 4 huge slices and the rest are tiny because they can’t cut in straight lines. But it tastes good, it’s ready quickly, and the employees are nice enough. Can’t really ask for much more.

This place has very good accuracy. If the app says the pizza will be ready at 6:32, it is ready at 6:32. Never had anything missing or incorrect on an order and never had to remind anyone working there. They just get it right ever time. Really is the best Papa John’s I’ve been a customer to.
