Came here for 4 years! Ordered once a week! The owner Nick is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered! We spent $50 on wings, that were terrible . We called , they told us they would credit our account . Which we were happy with as we come here every week! (Albany Shaker) we ordered pizza tonight only to find out they gave us a $5 credit!! what a joke! Emailed the owner NICK, and the unprofessional owner sent an email back starting it off with “”Actually!! You’re Wrong” ! I can not believe this is how he values his loyal customers! Don’t come here he could care less about the people who spend their money here!! This place went down hill

I called and asked how many inches is their largest round pie. They kept just telling me how many slices there are in each. Frustrating. I ask for the largest one. Then, it seemed very expensive for an 18, and definitely a 16 (which some places pass of as large, ha). Anyway, I think to myself maybe its a 20 or 22 which would make sense. I get there and I see its 18.
Well it better blow my socks off for what it cost.
It is near perfect. Ingredients were nice. Dough good, even crust and cooked just right. Great pizza. Justifiable. good job

The lady who took my order was extremely rude. I almost canceled my order off her tone alone! I hope she has a better day. Food is normally great but communication skills matter. Won’t order here again on a Saturday!!!

Are you already positive the other day the meatballs were real salty, but the rest of the food was good. Chef salad was great

The pizza is a hit or miss. It use to be consistently good. Now it’s just a flip of the coin that hopefully today is a good day. Also, the customer service sucks big time. Never a smile, never have a nice day.. always sorta cold disposition and a rush to get you out the way. The overall quality of this location changed big time.

Went to Inferno after being disappointed at Dutch’s down the street. Inferno had great slices that were fresh and a pizza special priced a dollar less than Dutch’s. Thank you inferno, my new spot.

It had been a while since I had been to one of their Capital Region locations, and I forgot how satisfying and good their pizza slices are. While I am partial to a good large NY slice, if you walk in for a slices at Inferno you’ll get a pretty large, square, family style slice. So what’s good about their standard, walk-in/take-out, square family-style (as I call them) slices? They’re so damn delicious! They nail the dough, the crust is moderately crispy (could be a little more crisp though still has a nice crisp), nice flavor, and chew. The pizza is also beautifully sauced. This is a mouth-watering slice, and NOT a dry-dough tasteless pizza like those terrible cardboard pies found at so many other places popping up around the Capital Region!
Some time ago when I used to have the opportunity to order out (and visit ) more, I’ve had some of their Italian dishes & subs like chicken parm, sausage and peppers, and others. And though I can’t review those past visits today I always remember being impressed. They just make great Italian food, they’re friendly, they’re a classic, and they just know what they’re doing. I won’t hesitate to order or visit in the future, or even get catering next time I need to.
