Recently started ordering from Papa John’s again. We loved the thin crust pepperoni pizza we ordered from a few weeks back and the Buffalo chicken pizza last night. Perfection on taste. Still tastes the same as it did when I ate it as a child for school pizza parties at Hesse. Thank you for the extra peppers on the side. Customer service is always on point. I’m lookin’ forward to pizza night again!

I am so disappointed. Our pizza was rubbery. The cheese didn’t stretch when you bit into it and there were hardly any toppings. I was looking forward to PJ pizza for weeks. We usually eat a frozen pizza. I will give credit though to how quickly it was prepared and receiving 2 extra garlic sauces.

We stayed at the Forest Gun club and had delivery. It was fresh and hot. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be there. Pizza was great but not quite enough marinara sauce on the new style (only con for us) The other was amazing. We ordered the new style pepperoni and spinach tomato Alfredo pizza. We had leftovers for lunch!

I don’t know if I was that hungry or if the food was just that good tonight. I’ve been in the middle of moving and having to clean in the process and just haven’t had a minute to myself the past 2 days. So when I walked in your store and was greeted with not only one “hello” but every staff member had a smile on their faces and were absolutely the friendliest. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and before I got home I swear I ate half of it!! My ride is only 7 mins long!! Lol anyways I just wanted to give credit where it’s due, with the way the world is these days a friendly face sometimes just makes all the icky and bad go away!

Ordered on the app, said it was out for delivery and then “delivered” and yet my food has yet to arrive. Nobody is answering the phone at this place.
Edit: the driver was very apologetic after I called the 1-800 number. He went and made it right after he brought my food. I doubt the manager will actually call me and explain to me why it was almost 2 hrs before I got my food, but at least I got it. Papa John’s needs to make the driver that came tonight a manager or something as he was far more helpful than the 1-800 and actually spoke to me unlike those who chose to not answer the phone for nearly 20 mins.

My rating is for one young man that makes pizza at this location, he is the hardest working, most committed employee this business could ever hope to find. His pay should be tripled! So many nights he is the ONLY employee but slings pizza, never stops until they are all done. I was furious I waited 2 hours because he had no help, but he didn’t slow down once. Pay Him More!!

UPDATE: After holding for over an hour and a half the manager credited us and still made a delivery. I’m very happy with how they rectified this ordeal!
I ordered my food at 1:48p, received a text 2:29p that it was in the way and the pizza never arrived. I’ve been in hold with the store for 37 minutes. The call just keeps cycling.
