35 minutes for 2 tostadas and 2 burritos. Add listening to staff literally screaming at each other and messed up orders of disgusting food and you just don’t know what to say. Tonight’s entire crew needs to be FIRED! We’ve been to this location several times and have never had a single issue!

Be warned this place will sell you yesterday’s chicken. I cant speak for the tacos but ordered 20 dollar bucket and it was one of my worse KFC experience ever, chicken was burnt and dry as if it was recooked maybe even more than once. I won’t be going to this location anymore and suggest you just skip it as well. You can read other reviews saying the same experience meanwhile not a word back from management on the poor reviews, so obviously they don’t care as there’s other people not reading the reviews who still do business with them. Place needs to shutdown.

Wanted to enjoy some KFC after a long drive. Not a good experience. Dark. Why are there no lights in here? Disorganized. Out of items. Noisy. Staff yelling at each other. Loud music. Not very clean dining and drink area. Chicken tasted like the fryer grease was old. Had an “off” taste.

It will take you see least fifteen minutes to get your food, drive through or inside. The people who work in the front of house hate their jobs and from the lack of staffing and likely poor pay they have reason. I know this because they wouldn’t stop complaining about it within visual range of customers. The dining area was messy and so was the bathroom. I’m not sure how it stays in business. Go across the street to McDonald’s.

Incredibly disappointing and deceiving when you arrive to a location with the doors unlocked only to be told upon entering the establishment that they’re closed and won’t be opening for nearly another hour. The attendant was pleasant and well mannered, but this does not excuse the situation. Also, a bit confused as the Google listing says this location opens at 10am. Yet the attendant informed me that KFC opens at 10:30am & TacoBell opens at 10:00am; not sure why a dual operated store would open each store at a different time; whatever the case the time should be clarified whether it be the employee that’s wrong or the Google listing.

Would rate zero stars if possibly. Register/order taker was rude and seemed to be more focused on refilling her own freeze than taking orders. She was rude and short with elderly customer ahead of myself, which I assisted with condimants since she seemed to not care or know where items were. After finally getting my order after a 25 minute wait, returned home to find the order wasn’t complete and the chicken was awful (overcooked and cooked in old oil). Not the first time with a horrible experience but will be the last time dealing with this establishment.

Monday 7/8 approximately 7:30 pm, went inside it was a total mess visually, trash bins over flowing, dining room empty but tables not clean. Employees would not acknowledge me or the three others standing in line behind me…..we even asked if inside was closed. Employees were very rude, yelling F words in the back “tell them to F leave if they don’t like it” not all were in uniform but seemed to be working, I left without food because they didn’t have enough chicken to put in a 10 piece bucket.

I chose to wait a few days before posting any remarks. The culture and people at this location need a customer service re education. Since when is it ok to lecture a customer about how you want to keep the flow moving? When did it become ok to threaten a customer with police when all you wanted was your order done the way you wanted. While the food was good it was not quite what we wanted or asked for……Customer might not always be right, but the customer is always the customer, and no business does anything without a customer…..

Always closed. Combo restaurants like this are aggravating. They should cross train or remove the KFC all together. Because honestly, this is the worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bells. Which isn’t saying much. A frozen gas station burrito is way better than Taco Bell!

Well, If you have absolutely nothing to do and want to peel off several days on a calendar waiting in line at a drive-thru at a FAST food restaurant, the Chelsea location of KFC is exactly where you want to go! I just couldn’t wait in line any longer this afternoon because I knew that if I stayed in I’d be joining Colonel Sanders in the afterlife before I finally got my food. Never again will I be trying to order from this place. If you decide to get in that line make sure you’ve got a full tank of gas and a good book to read.
