TOPPINGS NOT UNLIMITED!!!!
On my last visit to your store I was informed of policy change regarding your toppings on your pizzas. When I asked for lots of pepperoni on my pizza I was informed that on a regular sized mod pizza they were only allowed to place 14 “or so” amounts of pepperoni on each. That is a massive disappointment considering the main reason that my wife and I used to go there and pay higher prices for pizza was to get (self admittedly) large amounts of toppings. On a bright side a different employee informed my wife and I that if we added sodas to our meal and logged into our app that there was a 2 for 1 special which brought our total from $42 down to $22, so that was very appreciated.

Ordered MOD pizza tonight for my kiddos school fundraiser, so first, thanks to MOD pizza for the support of local schools! This was also a delivery order so I can not speak to the service or atmosphere. The delivery service was great and ahead of time!
This pizza is different from any other pizza I’ve had. The crust is very thin, very, very thin. They only have one size of pizza, all 11″ pizzas. There are also unlimited toppings on each pizza with no extra charge. It’s a different kinda pizza experience for sure.

Almost everything about this pizza just blew me away.
Update: They keep impressing me more every visit. Fixing mistakes I make in my own order, etc.
First, the one thing I didn’t love:
I’m not a big fan of crispy, crunchy pizza crust. Just a personal preference.
Unfortunately, that is the only option for a gluten-free crust at Mod.
So to start out, they’re down to maybe 4 stars from me.
BUT
They have a vegan cheese option, so lactose-intolerant and vegan GF people can eat here. (Probably not true coeliacs, however, since there is a chance of cross contamination when prepping or cooking.)
The price is shockingly affordable per pizza.
Not only that, but add as many toppings as you want, for NO ADDED PRICE!
It was impressively fast, considering I ordered at far too busy a time.
There are tons of topping options, including some creative and tasty sauces.
And the service was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Easy online ordering. Plus they offered to remake a pizza from my order quickly and for free when a small topping mistake was made.
All together, 7 stars reduced to 5/5 for the style of crust that isn’t my preference. (And not being able to rate above 5.)

I love love love Mod. I love the Mod salad, there’s enough for me to eat 3 times. I always get my dressings on the side so my salad doesn’t get mushy. The fact I can put whatever I want in my salad and on my pizza is wonderful. Go there.

I ordered from them through Uber eats and got pizza that was soggy as all else to the point we couldn’t eat it it was a limp noodle instead of pizza. The edges were also burnt. It also tasted like cardboard. I also ordered a vegetarian salad as I’m allergic to a couple of animal products. I’m especially very allergic to chicken. I get the salad, and right before I take a bite, I see chicken pieces in it instead of chickpeas. I am not happy with this at all. When I called the MOD Pizza, the rep was rude and would not let me talk and sent me straight over to Uber. The Uber rep was amazing and helped me right away. I will never go to MOD Pizza again.

This is one of the few places that you can get as much of any topping as you want on pizza or salad (even meats!) and there is no extra charge! Also, the quality is consistently outstanding and I recommend it over and over! They never fail.

Great service. All the toppings you want at the same price. The salads are pretty notable too as I ordered mine with everything. Every. Thing. Including anchovies. They were so great about it and it’s kept me coming back for more.
