I like those cheese sticks so much better than Domino’s. The pizza is good. I would not do it cross there really I prefer brick oven pizza but if you’re not gonna do a brick oven pizza Papa John’s way to go with the guy who answered the phone he does a great job sometimes he gets on my nerves because he’s too professional and I just wanna go ahead and order my food. It is awesome.

Tonight I placed a pickup using the app, placed the order, was charged and about 15 minutes later I checked to see the status. I noticed that it was cancelled and I did not know why. The cancellation did not leave any comment. I looked at the bank account to see if I was charged, and I was. Then I looked at my phone and noticed a missed call from the place. I found out that they ran out of the stuffed pizza dough. I called and spoke with the manager. By then they had the dough, but when I asked details about my order, he was very short with me and rude. He made me feel like it was my fault. I asked if he can redo the order for the same deal and he put me on hold a few times without notice, came back and said, he did not know and he’ll try. I got a slightly better deal which I appreciated, since it was not my issue but that branch for running out of dough. Looking at the other reviews, it seems to be a repeated occurrence. When I asked about the payment, he just hung up the phone on me. I have been a customer for over 15 years, but I don’t know what happened with the management here because I never experienced this kind of rudeness and unprofessionalism. I will definitely contact the headquarters.

I am absolutely appalled by the level of incompetence and disregard for basic food safety shown by this Papa John’s location and their DoorDash driver. Our address is clearly in their system, yet the driver never attempted to call my husband when they “couldn’t find” our home. Instead, they waited until they were already driving the pizza back to the store to contact him.

When my husband called the store to understand why the order was being returned, they claimed they would remake the pizza and send out a fresh one. That was a lie. They delivered the original, unsealed, cold pizza—the same one that had already been transported around, exchanged hands, and sat in a vehicle. Completely unacceptable and a clear health concern.

When my husband called back to report that the pizza was cold and unsealed, the store claimed their “system” wouldn’t allow them to cancel or correct the order. He then contacted Papa John’s customer service, who called the store directly. The store told customer service they had delivered a fresh pizza—while my husband was still on the line and could hear the staff asking the driver why he didn’t deliver the fresh pizza that was visibly still sitting there.

This is not just poor service. It’s unethical, unsafe, and reckless. Food safety protocols were ignored, and the store attempted to cover it up with lies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
We will be reporting this to the health department.

I placed a large order with this Papa John’s location for 22 pizzas for a kids’ lunch event at our church. Since the app only allows a maximum of 10 pizzas per order, I had to place three separate orders and clearly mentioned the pickup time because the food needed to be ready on time.

When I arrived, they had only prepared 10 pizzas. I ended up waiting another 45 minutes for the rest. When I asked about the delay, the staff told me it was because I placed multiple orders—something their own app requires. He even told me I could cancel the order if I wanted.

I dropped off the first 10 pizzas so the kids could start eating and returned to pick up the remaining order, only to find that they had cancelled it, assuming I didn’t want it anymore. To “compensate,” they made 10 medium pizzas for free, but that still wasn’t enough for the group. I ultimately had to order the remaining pizzas from Domino’s to make sure the kids were fed.

This entire experience was extremely unprofessional, stressful, and disappointing—especially for a time-sensitive event involving children. I hope this location seriously improves their order management and customer service. I will not be placing large orders here again.

I have been a long-time Papa John’s customer, but I had a very disappointing experience at this location (Store #1022).

My order was marked “Ready for Pickup,” but I still had to wait about 15 minutes, and the pizza was later found on the delivery shelf after being told twice that it wasn’t there.

Unfortunately, when I opened the box, the order was completely wrong, so I had to drive back to the store. When I spoke to the manager, Errol, there was no apology or explanation, and the communication was very unprofessional.

Mistakes can happen, especially during busy times, but the way this situation was handled made me feel disrespected as a customer. I hope Papa John’s will review this incident and improve training and service at this location. I would like to continue being a Papa John’s customer, but better customer care is needed here.

I have ordered from this location for months with no issue. All of a sudden the past 2 orders have been disgusting. I have ordered well done and I end up with raw dough that is dripping with grease. If you hired someone new recently, please fire them….

Not sure what has happened with this branch, but ever since they’ve switched to using DoorDash for delivery their service has declined, significantly!

Their service has been terrible, inaccurate orders have been delivered to us, and the pizza itself has been cold and looks as if someone played frisbee with it!

My order today was delivered late, with the Dasher taking 5 literal minutes to grab our order out of the trunk of their mid-sized SUV. Once the Dasher retrieved our order from their trunk, they remained at their vehicle and asked for either myself or son to come and get our order from them.

Papa John’s, this is coming from what has been a loyal customer; please do better! After the last three orders, we have received perceived discounts which are unredeemable at checkout. All we wish is to receive the order that we’ve placed, fresh, hot, and on time.

I know its bad when my kids can spot the issue!

We ordered 3 large pizzas online. When I got to papa John’s to pick up the order, they told me it was voided because they don’t have large anymore. Instead of giving me the next size for the same price, they told me “No” and I would have to pay more for it. I asked for a manager and I got Steven. He did not want to provide his name or any name to assist with my issue. The manager Steven and the girl that works there with green highlights and nose ring at the register was not helpful and super rude. Please do not eat at this business. They are rude and will not help for their mistakes. They will blame you and make it your fault.
