ok so i always liked to order from here but today was just a mistake. my pizza came so oily & so soggy the pizza fell through the pizza box. they really exaggerated on the toppings. so i called to get a refund back & i was explaining to the manager the situation & she got really defensive saying it wasn’t their fault. that it was on me because i ordered too many toppings & that’s why it was soggy & i tired to explain to her that i’ve ordered that before but it never arrived like that & she just cut me off & ended the call on me but she was just rude for no reason.

Know that if you do order delivery and you care about your tips going directly to franchise drivers, that this particular establishment has outsourced to outlets like DoorDash on more than one occasion.
