I ordered last night around 10:45 pm, the quality of the pizza was honestly unacceptable. The crust was extremely thin, and the pizza was overloaded with cheese to the point where the center was just a cheesy mess with barely any structure. On top of that, there were hardly any toppings, which made it feel like I received a thin crust extra cheese pizza, even though that’s not what I ordered.
I normally have no issues with my orders, but this time was a real letdown. I don’t like an excessive amount of cheese, and this pizza was the exact opposite of what I expected. I’m not sure if this was due to a mistake or an inexperienced employee, but I’m very dissatisfied and feel like I didn’t get what I paid for.
I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and offer some form of resolution. I hope to continue being a customer, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

I usually order from this location bc it’s always fresh and fast but last night was a disappointment. my pizza was cold, lazily cut, hard thin burnt crust, the pizza was super salty and not appetizing. I would not order again. very disappointing

My pizza was delivered like it was tossed upside down and thrown. I called immediately and the rep who answered the phone did not apologize; just asked if I want to remake it or refund. I immediately gave him direct feedback and advised he was rude and customer service goes a long way. I did tell him I understand if he is busy however my interaction should not suffer. I did advise him he should have first apologized and not reacted like I did something wrong. I then asked could I get an email or text verifying the refund and he put me on hold to speak to his “manager.” When he came back on the line, he then said I would get an email. I attached pictures of the pizza and driver. Papa Johns you lost a customer! Stop using door dash, what happen to your in house drivers?!?! & retrain your people with simple common decency!!!! I know his mother taught him better! Update: never gave refund had to go up to store and speak to a manager to get a refund. Bad service & lied too! Corporate needs to visit this location asap.

I want to give special recognition to a young lady named Lexi at this location. She had one above and beyond when a mistake was made on my order, and I believe she has unbelievably good customer service and a future in whatever she chooses to pursue. Because of people like her, Papa John’s will continue to earn my business

I’m not sure if it’s **how** I order here, or if some of these reviews are unjustified, so here’s how I get the best service:
(1) Order delivery directly from the app. Not another service, because you’ll be punished
(2) Expect them to be chronically understaffed, so your pie will typically take an hour, regardless of estimate from the app
(3) Tip the delivery person in app, at least 20%
(4) Order an atypical pie (we get small pizzas for instance with clean cut), but don’t choose the basic pies, like typical large cheese, large pepperoni, etc. because they won’t be made fresh. That helps them with their chronic understaffing issue
(5) BEST time to order is right before they leave at around 11:30pm, because they are most likely to make it fresh AND to make it right, as they are on their way out (and happiest).
Every time, my pizza is actually really good; better than at least half of the places nearby listed as “fine pizza” establishments, so take that for whatever it’s worth. Just be more empathetic with people who aren’t being paid enough to care about your food. Think about where they are coming from or how they might do business, to then work the “life hacks” above in your favor. Not rocket science.

The team here is incredibly friendly, and their leader, Heather, is exceptional. She provided an outstanding customer experience despite a minor inconvenience (our pizza was cut wrong). I thoroughly enjoy this location, the fantastic team, and Heather’s exceptional service!

I receive a burnt pizza from this location lastnight & was told by the night manager Navi that I could receive a refund for my balance back in full if I came in the store if I paid cash. I get to the store and was told I couldn’t get a refund but a credit or another pizza. The fact that drive a couple miles to this papa John’s on E and was told I couldn’t revive my refund.

I ordered pizza and wings from here on July 10. 8 honey chipotle wings $12.19 is a ripoff, but take advantage of the convenience. Food was delivered quickly. Imagine my surprise to see the pizza covered with pools of grease… but at least it was warm. However, my wings were very small, the incorrect count (they only gave me 6 instead of 8! So $12.19 for 6 tiny cold dry wings), and they were not even hot, not warm, not even room temperature – The 6 wings were COLD! To add further insult to injury, the wings were dry, lacking sauce! I called customer service to request a refund and a woman only gave me the runaround saying that someone would contact me from the store in 48 hours. I also emailed Papa Johns as well. Here we are 6 days later and no one has had the courtesy to reach out to me via neither phone nor email, no follow up, nothing at all but disrespect and swindling me out of money. Major disappointment.

If you like your pizza soggy, this is your place. Couldn’t pick it up from the box without a spatula. Eating it by hand without utensils? Good luck. If wet undercooked dough is your jam then this might be your spot . For me it’s a nope.
