I have always had a positive experience from this Papa John’s, but not tonight. It wasn’t just the Door Dash delivery person not ringing the door bell so I could receive a warm and bug free pizza. It was no garlic sauce and a scrawny cheesestix. I’m giving the manager a better rating because when she couldn’t refund my entire amount, at least she offered me a free pizza.

Lady wasn’t willing to take an order, was just staring at us with a straight look and asked if we had an order, when we said we were hoping on making an order she said the lobby was closed. We asked if we could call and make an order she said no and in a sarcastic way asked if we were willing to wait an hour, overall just made us feel dumb. No food, bad service, horrible experience.

Worse experience I have ever had ordering a from any place that delivers. I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 8:31. Time pass and it 10:30 so I drive up to the store and no one is there. There are 10 people in their cars and everyone had been also waiting 2 hours for their order. There were 2 police squad cars there. One of them was lilburn police squad car 125…cant remember the other. They banged on the door, window, and walk and searched the outside and no one was there…so I order a pizza at 8:30 now it 11pm and I got hungry kids at the house that I cant feed because of papa johns failure to function as the business it should be. Spent my last 30 buck to feed my kids, cant get a refund to buy something else (if anything was still open). I SO MAD AND ANGRY RIGHT NOW!!!!!!

I swear all the employees should’ve had on uniforms that read “Tis the season to be lousy” for their performance. Whomever was working here 29-APR-3023 @ 1930 seriously needs to lively up themselves.
