Forgive me for not posting this last night (12/2/22). One slice of pizza had two hairs in it. I called and the manager said we will be on the look out. I told him no and to throw everything away and get fresh Ingredients otherwise he risks feeding his customers contaminated food. He replied with ok ma’am. I’m so sure they did not. He was very nonchalant about the whole situation. I’m very disappointed. PLEASE BEWARE AND EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!SMH

My review isn’t complicating. FULLY EXAMINE YOUR PIZZA. The box clearly said square cut and I received regular. In addition there is hardly any cheese or sauce. I ORDERED EXTRA CHEESE YALL ♀️ extremely disappointed. Only gave 2 stars because it had a lot of the other toppings.

The pizza is always hot and tasty but not always exactly what you ordered. I recently was rewarded a free Papadia so I got the Philly cheese and swapped out the green peppers for jalapenos or so I thought that’s what I was getting but nope it was sweet green peppers not spicy jalapenos but it was free so I gave it to some homeless dude.

Terrible customer service. On March 20th at exactly 5:50 pm my pizza arrived. It was destroyed. I immediately contacted the store and the manager on duty and he apologize about the pizza and said he would put my name down for a complimentary replacement pizza. I called today for my pizza and the manager named Will said there was no record of the manager putting in the complimentary pizza. He also refused to look and see who the manager was on duty that day. I recorded most of the conversation and then he hung up on me. At this point, I just want my money back. I’m realizing that a lot of ppl are only at jobs to get paychecks and not fully do what is expected of them under their job description.

The pizza was good. They missed 1 topping on 1 of the pizzas I ordered. The manager was good, but the cashier I’m guessing was new due to being asked to pay again when paid by the app. Overall, the place is 8.5 out of 10 to me. Will be back again.

If I could rate a zero I would! I did an online order and as I tracked my order I noticed it was delivered but no knock I went to the door and no order! I called the store and they informed me that they passed my order off to a door dash driver because they had no delivery drivers! The manager was nice and gave me a store credit but called back to say that the driver left my food at the front office mind you it’s closed I ordered at 9:30 pm. So I go out to see if I can retrieve my order no order now I’m cold and hungry. I am so disappointed in this store!
