Unacceptable! Either the pizza was dropped at the store in the box or in the delivery car. Pizza was folded and cheese was all stuck to the top of the box or completely off of the pizza crust. It looked like a whole mess. If you drop the pizza then do right and make another one.. maybe it’s time to give another pizza place a shot. Disappointed for the last time

I was really excited to try their new Doritos papadia. Yet when my delivery came I didn’t realize at first that they completely left the Doritos dust off. This was the whole point of ordering a papadia! I give 2 stars because my delivery driver was kind! Just warning others about the new papadia. It might or might not come the way it should! We rarely buy pizza in Morganton (Roses location) but I was visiting someone locally and I had a coupon for $7.99 pickup. I read it to the online server, even reading the 1.23.23 expiration date (it is 2.11.23). The expiration date never dawned on me…I was still in January. Went in to pay with $11 in hand….needed tip money too. The cashier pointed out expiration date and I said, “I know, but it’s only the 11th not the 23rd. Of February she said.” Then it hit me, oh it is February. The manager came over and gave me a $10.99 special and booted my s1. I was so embarrassed but so grateful. Luckily I had $1 in my car. This is rarely seen…they probably see it, but it was truly a honest mistake on my part. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated her generosity and discretion. Thx you!

They need to stop taking online orders as phone orders after they get so busy they can’t keep up .. after driving to pick up 30 mins away they told me it coy could still be another 30 to 45 minutes then asked if I wanted a refund .. sure yea I want a refund after I drove 30 mins and still need to wait even longer .. seriously if you can’t handle that many orders quit taking them..

Papa Johns is always very good any time of the day I go. But tonight it was amazing. My food was so fresh and perfect and it was here about 20 minutes after I ordered it. Had to brag because Dominos is literally right beside me and could never get me my food that fast and that fresh. Great job guys!

I ordered online at 4pm. The online tracker stated 40 minutes. I called at 4:42pm and was told the driver was out to deliver. I live 5 minutes away. I got a notification at 4:52pm stating it was on its way. I called the store at 5:12pm. They didn’t know where he might be. Delivery FINALLY arrived at 5:16pm.
