I want so badly to like this DQ, but truth be told, every time we go through the drive-thru, it’s an awful experience.

I don’t know if management doesn’t train their staff on customer service or if they just prefer that they’re rude and distant, but it’s like they’ve all received the same training. They never smile. They never say thank you. When we say thank you, they never reply with “You’re welcome.” They barely even make eye contact.

We try so hard to be friendly with them, but it’s draining because they’re just JERKS. If they hate their job so much, go do something else.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen this location, gotten gotten hungry, but then remembered what the experience is like, and then just driven on by.

Staff experience EVERY time: distant, annoyed, and offended to see us.

And by the way, I love how there are endless comments on here about this horrific staff being jerks to everyone, and the manager replies & says they’ll work to fix it. But NOTHING is changing. Is this just a bot responding to these messages?

If not…actually DO SOMETHING! Your staff is killing your business. People don’t like coming there anymore. Be a manager, and fix it.

Every time me and my family have eaten here it was always served hot and fresh and the staff’s always friendly…There is a new lady there …I think her name is Jen. She is so sweet and kind . She goes out.of.nef way to make sure we have everything we need??

This place smelled terribly like weed tonight. I ordered a small chocolate ice cream with sprinkles for my son and it was made wrong twice. Two people came to the window at least five times so I could repeat what I wanted and they acted like they couldn’t hear me talking.

Do not order from this location. I come to this location quite often for dinner because it’s one of the only places open when I get off of work and it’s right down the road from my house. The night crew sucks. They are very rude and there is always something wrong with my order. Sometimes I will order a blizzard and ask for extra pieces in it which costs a dollar, and not once have I ever gotten extra pieces. I will be going to a new location from now on. I do NOT recommend this location (at least not for dinner). The people managing the drive through always make me feel guilty for ordering. Hopefully something changes.

Nice, clean restaurant – it’s fairly new and nicer than the ones south and southwest. The service was very friendly and the orders were taken and served quickly and correctly. I got the $7 meal. It was a good value. The burger, fries, and sundae were fine.

went to get my wife and kid blizzards ordered myself some tenders cuz i was hungry and this place more than once handed people blizzards just to have them pull up with only their cold stuff to wait 15 min for the food. if the entire order isnt ready do not give me any and keep it cold. now i have one tender box and 3 melted soups. like your drive thru falsely created times are that important that you ruin everyones ice cream your main product. how about think

This is the second time I’ve been screwed on an order from Dairy Queen, attention to detail would be nice, I clearly said double cheeseburger, there was no cheese and it was cold!

Always a great place to visit! Clean dining room and a Quick drive-through.
Yummy ice cream treats, chicken tenders & hamburgers. But I miss the Springtime, Over the Rainbow Shakes- they were so very good – cotton candy deliciousness!!!!!
