There is a bit of a wait on most days, but that is probably just ’cause a bunch of people order at the same time. I go to this one all the time, and typically have a good experience. They have had a few staff members that I wasn’t fond of, but the current group seems pretty good.

I stopped to order food inside and asked if they had any specials. She said you need to look it up on your phone rolling her eyes like I asked for free food. First time stopping at this location and won’t be returning.

The food was decent but the service was awful. I ordered the new chicken Parm poppers and a 10″ cheese bread. I ordered online. When I entered to pick up my order the worker was very unpleasant and seemed almost irritated. She walked from the back as slow as she could. She gave me my order. I then said thank you and asked for some Parmesan cheese. She looked at me as if I asked for a million dollars. Obviously she was having a bad day for whatever reason. I just wish she didn’t take it out on me. Probably won’t be back. I’ll continue to do my business at the other pizza shop for now on.

Husband went in and said several workers were handling food without gloves, no hairnets with tall hair.. Same worker had no shoelaces. Sloppy and unkempt overall appearance. We spent 71$ and don’t feel comfortable eating. Unfortunately, we’d ordered online and already paid but never again.

You’re given one price over the phone and when you get to the store it’s almost three times the price. It’s like pulling teeth trying to order. The website wasn’t allowing me to order so I called. An operator said she couldn’t take my order because the system was down so she tried to connect me to the store. They didn’t pickup so the call center tried to take my order. No marinara sauce was available, no pepperoni, they could not do pizza larger than medium because they were low on dough. I finally made an order and was told to relay to the store that it was a discounted item. Should have been $16. They rang me up at the register for $40 including a reasonable tip. That’s 2 medium pizzas. I just went home and made a sandwich. Don’t even bother dealing with this headache.

I always order a veggie pizza for pickup weekly. The new manager Tamika leads her staff very well. There is always positivity when she is there. Her staff picks up on her energy. They learn and they all work together. They learn their customers very well also.. Always friendly and consistent with the handling of my food.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. I used to be a big Papa John’s fan, but lately the pizzas just aren’t good anymore. They always have a funky after taste and the crust is just not as good as it used to be. They really need to step up their game. Employees are always friendly, but the food quality just isn’t there anymore.

Tried to place an order online however, it would not process correctly. I called in my order and was on the way to pick it up when I called again to ask that if I was able to login; would that be a suitable way to pay for my order? As the employee repeated my order I heard a mistake that a pizza had extra cheese. That is not the order I placed, so I asked them to correct it without extra cheese. The manager then went on to tell me that since it was made I should just take it and pay; furthermore, she then went in depth about how the difference was only a half cup of cheese. It’s frustrating when you physically can’t do business with a group because they can’t even produce their marketed product.
