Hands down one of the worst franchises and is a stain on the brand. Pizzas consistently arrive late, cool, inaccurate and sometimes you get to handle your own delivery order because the fastest they can get a replacement to your door is 90 minutes to two hours (regardless of the time or day, it’s a temporal oddity). Even worse, their idea of making things right seems to be to offer a free pizza, as if you would want to deal with them at any point in the future.
Fortunately, other locations in the area don’t seem to have this issue so I can write that you’re probably better off when ordering from them.

Jr is by far the sweetest driver out of any delivery service I have ever encountered. Not only is he good and compassionate about his job he goes above and beyond. Craziest part is when we order papa John’s I’m at my sisters house instead of my own and I look forward to seeing him every time. This man deserves a raise or a huge bonus. If corporate reads these this man deserves something.

The service I received at this Papa John’s was not very pleasant. I walked in and tried to say hello and greet someone, hoping to pick up my order. Nobody responded to me. I was standing at the front. One of the employees was just looking at me. It took him about two minutes or so to finally respond after I tried to get his attention while he was looking at me. He then walked over, didn’t say anything until I told him I had an order. He looked at my order, set it on the table, and said, “You’re going to have to wait until someone can take your cash.”
I was about to ask him if I could add something to my order, but before I even had the chance to say anything, he completely walked away. So I sat there and tried to get his attention again, nothing.
It was not a very pleasant experience at all. I felt ignored even though there was nothing else going on. There was no business, and he wasn’t prepping food or anything.

We recently moved to the area. We ordered a pizza and side. It got delivered and the garlic knots were pretty good. Although the garlic sauce had spilled all over and the box was soggy. The pizza was fine, but the banana pepper had a bite taken out of it. We are not happy with this and if we had seen this before the delivery person left, we would have asked for our money back. I do not recommend ordering delivery from here.

Heyyy.. =) So, not of one of my favorites places to get pizza, the people are pretty cool though. Each time I went, I got welcomed with some great encouragements and smiles.

This location has went downhill lately. Super greasy pizza, undercooked wings, and customer service that really lacks. It really depends on the day but stick to delivery and avoid the store. I do like their specialty pizzas and toppings but this one can be not worth it. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking.
