The servers hardly understood English, I had to point to the items, asked about a certain item, they couldn’t tell me what it was. I asked for 3 hard taco shells on the side of my bowl, they charged me an extra $1.71( they were always free, didn’t know when that started) I asked for a receipt, was told it was broken. ( i scan my receipts for points) I was very disappointed about the entire experience. After spending over $40 you would have thought i could have gotten the taco shells for free, like I’ve always had. But, I digress

Ordered 3 bowls and 1 burrito. They smashed all of it together in one small bag and didn’t even seal it when the door dasher picked it up. The food was falling out of the bowls because everything was smashed and the kids were coming off.

I ordered online and had received somebody else’s order. By the time I got home and opened the order, I realized it was not mine. I am a mom so I do not have all the time in the world to look at the name or the receipt or anything like that if I am in a rush. I called the store. They tell me I can come back and get my food. That’s just fine but they will not remake it for me. I just went through the drive-through to get my food and because I did not have the other bowl with me that I had opened! The lady told me that they were going to use that. She tried to refuse to give me my food, it took me five minutes to get Then she told me next time to make sure to check the name as if this all was my fault. You handed me the wrong order and then told me you were going to serve unsanitary food that I had opened. Do better.
Also, I ordered my food at 11:45 and I just got my food at 1:10 remaking my food would’ve been the most decent thing you could’ve done

Food was great as usual. This location (we’re on vacation) was particularly good and clean. The vegetables were crisp and cooked perfectly. We met a manager (Chris I think) who was nice and made sure the food was made properly. I’ll be back for sure.

Horrible all around. Food is always old and gross. Customer service is heinous. This location sells the idea of food but if you want to actually eat something that tastes like food for humans I suggest you take your hard-earned money elsewhere. They truly don’t care about wasting your time and money either. Corporate customer service is even more useless and they don’t honor the coupons they give as compensation for their problems.

Food was good, the ladies working here just give me an attitude and charged me for chips even tho I did not asked for them??? And the cips were so blend and had no taste I tried to at least enjoy them even tho I did not wanted them and still payed for it, so I tried to ask for a dipping sauce and they said it’s extra change so I was like ok nevermind, and then when my friend asked for 2 bags(1 for me and 1 for her) they gave her 1 and looked away. I would never come back here again, thank you, rather drive to west ocean city for chipotle

Starter I got here at 9:10. I understand it was about to be 30 minutes before closing soon, but the food selection was extremely limited. After a long day at work, we expected better. We were told there would be a 5-minute wait for white rice, which ended up being 25 minutes. When we finally went back to ask, we found out they had white rice set aside the entire time for DoorDash orders.
The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive throughout the visit. It was clear we weren’t being treated with the same respect. The team kept speaking in Spanish and giving side glances—as if I couldn’t pick up on the body language. It came off as rude and unwelcoming.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. Chipotle, please do better when it comes to customer service—especially with your night crew.

Great place to stop for delicious food and super courteous staff. I stopped in about a week ago excited to try the new honey chicken and the gentleman waiting on me said it was the most popular now, it was delicious. I forgot one thing on my salad and both the gentleman at the register and the one who made my salad said no problem and put the ingredient in a container in my bag with a smile! I came back the next day and the same gentleman was there and said welcome back! I was shocked to be greeted so personably. I let him know the honey chicken was great and that his store(he’s the GM)does a great job with preparing the food and also great customer service!
