Ordered 2 Shaq A Roni pizzas well done tonight 5-23-25. Opened the boxes when I got home and 1 pizza is just swimming in grease and is definitely not well done, neither is the other pizza. But at least it wasn’t dripping with grease.
The pizza dough was barely finished where the crust was rolled under, because it unrolled when I was eating it and you could see the semi uncooked dough.
Got an order of bread sticks too, got home to eat and they’re soggy from sitting in a pool of garlic butter. Absolutely disgusting.
My wife takes the grease pool back for a refund, apparently they don’t give refunds for their horrible pizza, they just remake their absolute horrid pizza again. My wife being the nice woman she is was too kind to say, No this pizza is absolute garbage and she definitely DIDNT WANT TO WAIT IN THE STORE WHILE THEY MAKE MORE HORRIBLE PIZZAS.
It’s ok, last time I spend 40 bucks for pizza at Papa Johns in Mount Airy. You all should be embarrassed who made pizza tonight, I got the same pizza 3 days ago during lunch time and it was much much better than the slop that’s served tonight.
First 2 pics are the same grease pool pizza, last pic was the “replacement” pizza for the grease pool pizza from the first picture. Thanks for making inedible food so I can be hungry while I should be satisfied.
40 bucks literally in the trash, no one in our house wants this nasty food and in this economy I am extremely upset with what I paid for.

If well done is an option for pizza and I choose said option then that is what I expect, if New York crust is an option and I chose said option then that is what I expect. And to top it all off I paid and even included tip (ordered and paid online) go to pick it up worker ignores customer and begins stacking pizza boxes.

Hey. Just got a delivery order for the Papa XXL. Last time, it was just fine. Today…opened my box and half the pizza was flipped over on itself because the driver was all over the place while driving. Thanks a lot for my destroyed pizza.

Ordered the Italian meat trio papa bowl for dinner from the Papp John’s app. It was ready in fifteen minutes and the tracker alerted me it was ready. In and out of the store quick. Food was better than expected and had large chunks of sausage. I’ll definitely order this again.

Called in still waited 20 or more minutes while girl on register wrote on boxes. My pizza already ready getting cold. Finally told her to give my money back she bothered to check and it was sitting there getting cold. Called back complained and so called manager sucked as bad.

I ordered a supreme garlic stuffed crust pizza- price was $20 ! It was thin – hardly any crust was there. The stuffed cheese was chewy, barely any ingredients. Very disappointed in the price and texture. Service was very good. Friendly staff.
