After visiting this location twice, they give you fewer toppings and more burnt pizza than the average Papa John’s around Denver. I thought it might be a one-time thing so I tried a second time and was even more disappointed. They need to cut the pizzas slices better because when you try to pick one up it rips in half. They concentrate the toppings in the middle to try to disguise shorting the customer on cheese and toppings. Aurora and Parker and Castle Rock locations are much better.

Really, really, REALLY bad (ie non existent) customer service… 3 women workers and 4 customers were just standing there for 15+ minutes – not one of them said a word to any of us. Finally we just had to start yelling to them, asking for our carry out orders. All they did was put their finger up to anything we said, and look confused. My pizza said it was ready before I even walked in, but I was in there for 25 minutes. The 3 employees completely ignored me/us the entire time. Very bizarre… I missed nearly the entire first quarter when I should’ve been back before tip-off. All I needed was a small cheese pizza carry out. I really need to stop tipping before I’m even helped. This place sucks.

Placed a order in the morning for a pick up the same day. Upon arriving most pizzas were in the oven. I requested a pick-up time of 11 a.m. and although they came out a couple minutes late it was to be expected with the size of my order. Staff is friendly, courteous and moved fast to fulfil. Would definitely recommend this location.

I ordered ahead online for a delivery a few hours later. Delivery time comes and goes, I tried calling the store and they wouldn’t answer so I called corporate and they couldn’t reach the store either.
Well over an hour later a door dash driver called me to say they picked up my order and it was cold and asked the store to remake it, which they refused to do. The driver called me and asked if I wanted it reheated and I told him I tried to cancel already and the store was dodging calls. The driver tried to hand his phone to the manager and they refused to speak to me and confirmed that the order was already cancelled.
Over a half hour later and 2 hours after the order was due, Papa John’s tried to deliver it to me and I had to refuse it.
I ordered pizza for my coworkers and I on my lunch break and we had to get food elsewhere after it became apparent we wouldn’t get the pizza.

I really should have read the reviews before choosing this location to deliver my order on the app..
After being offered a lunch coupon by the app, I ordered Friday at 11am for a future delivery of 12:15. My food was was still marked Preparing at the end of the delivery window, 12:25. So I called to check and was told it was ready and a driver would be coming my way. Right after, my order was assigned to Doordash to deliver, but even by the time he made it to the store, he had to wait for my order to be ready, 15 minutes after I was told it was ready. I eventually got my food at 12:50. To top it all off, the pizza was undercooked in the middle and it was NOT EVEN CUT. I also paid for 2 extra sauces and only got 2 total.
I immediately submitted feedback and requested a refund, and they decided to call me at 11pm on Saturday?? I was asleep and missed the call so I’m sure it’s up to me to call back to resolve this.

Megan is absolutely awesome. Working all alone over the dinner rush she put together the best Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had (which is hundreds) and in a timely manner. Toppings are perfect, looks perfect, symmetrical cut, crispy crust. All around exceptional!

Ordered a pizza with all the meats, got a pizza with peppers, onions, mushrooms, onions, pepperoncini—my kids’ worst nightmare. Number to the store with option 5 to talk to a manager rings and rings and disconnects. Talked to the person who takes the order who talked to the “front desk”, and the best they can do is offer a credit for 75% of the cost of the pizza. The number she gives me to contact customer service—the number of the store that takes me once again to a line that rings and rings and then disconnects.

Some of my toppings were ice cold and the pizza was undercooked. A lot of the toppings were in clumps instead of distributed around the pizza.
