It’s all-you-can-eat, so make sure you’re not too full before you go or you’ll be stuffed in no time. They have a bunch of different broths to choose from, along with various noodles, veggies, sauces, and meats. They even have ice cream and fries (I know, I know, it’s a bit random). And if you’re into oysters and mussels, they’ve got those too. Highly recommend and would like to go back on a colder day.

We live in Pueblo and came across this place online while looking for places to eat since we would be in Denver for the Avalanche Game.
It was 20 minutes out of the way from Ball Arena, but what I can say is it was most definitely worth the drive!
The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service top notch! It’s nearly unheard of for two people to eat for under $50 with high quality meats and fresh vegetables!
Ordering the fish balls and the pork belly is a must! And the Soup DUMPLINGS!!!! Oh mah gerd!!!! Soooooooo good!

Dumplings were great but the pan fried dumplings could be better, they were plain barely fried but if there’s always sauce that you could dip them in. Soup dumplings and chili oil dumplings were delicious otherwise. Spicy beef noodle was so good and tender. Service was friendly and fast It’s a great place to go after a long day in the sun at the Water World

This is the most comfortable and enjoyable hot pot restaurant within the CO so far as i tried! The Best all-you-can-eat hot pot! I especially love their fresh vegetables, ice cream, special dipping sauce, hot pot broth, hot pot noodles, and soup dumplings. Authentic, delicious, and truly satisfying.

I cannot recommend this spot enough. My girlfriend and I were already huge fans, but it looks like new management has taken over.
We came in today and were seated in a very tight spot and a gentleman offered to accommodate us by merging the table next to ours. Extremely courteous.
The service today was even better than it usually is. The food is also fantastic.

This place was incredible! It was my first time and it was timely, clean, and the service was amazing! AND THE FOOD. We ordered 7 hot pots, pork soup dumplings, scallion pancakes, and pan fried dumplings. The self serve vegetables, inclusions, and sauces are so nice! Will 100% be back!

I love hot pot this is my forth place I’ve tried with in the general area, this is probably the worst spot I have been too if you want good hot pot I suggest commuted a little further and going to Orion or La hot pot/KBBQ. The food was pretty mid( pork bone tasted like dish water) but you also come for the experience and it was lacking immensely the server literally did not say a word to us he grab the laminated paper bought us out one round or broth and meat and never came back to our table to ask us if we needed anything or even ask how it tasted. The service itself like keep me from coming back here.

Great experience for lunch. I loved the decor. It was fun and cheerful. I was disappointed they didn’t have lamb or zucchini. The steamed dumplings were over the top delicious. I made a dipping sauce just for those with soy sauce and chili oil. I would go back but would still miss the lamb and zucchini. The service was good. They were all very nice.

Finally some real Chinese in the Thornton/Westminster/Federal Heights area! My wife and I normally have to drive to South Denver for Hong Kong Station. However, on our last two visits to Yummy Hotpot and Dumplings we have been pleasantly surprised by the non-Hotpot offerings (we have yet to try their hotpot but I’m sure it is good too)
On my first visit I had the Spicy Beef Noodles which is in the mala style (麻辣牛肉面条),the broth was flavorful and somewhat heavy (in the best way possible, this is how it is in China!) the beef was flavorful and noodles had excellent texture, good distribution of Shanghai bok choy and other fixings. We also tried the Pork Soup Dumplings that day (猪肉小笼包)the broth and filling were delicious and the thickness of the wrap suggests they were made in house.
This most recent visit we tried some of the rice dishes (米饭) along with the chili dumplings. The chili oil on the dumplings was sweeter than we are used to but the filling was quite traditional (ginger, pork, and chives) and they were very tasty. The spicy chicken (辣子鸡) has the essential laziji Szechuan flavor and is a decent portion, and the dry pot beef dish was a delicious combination of seasoned beef, potato, mushroom, onions and other veggies! We are so pumped to finally have some real Chinese closer to us! Next time I will give their Dandan mian a try!
