Expectation vs. Reality (see pictures). Papadia was disgusting. 90% bread. Less toppings inside than a single slice of pizza, yet almost as expensive as a full size Medium pizza.

Pizza is just like all the other papas John’s. However, they have a lazy culture here. They have a contactless pickup window in the front of their store. There is literally a sign that says “pick up here.”. You are supposed to go to the window and they slide it under the glass for you. However, wherever you try to use it, the workers there tell you to go inside because they are too lazy to walk over to give it to you. Don’t believe me, try it yourself!

I love papa johns but this is the worst food delivery experience I have ever had. I have a broken spine and was in the hospital all day being treated for the pain (it’s been broken for almost a year now) anyways with the medication they gave me I cannot drive and I was STARVING. I ordered at 7:02pm. 2 light cheese pizzas (I have a slight lactose intolerance)(one with pineapple) and garlic knots. The knots were fine but neither of the pizzas were light cheese. In fact one looks like it has EXTRA cheese. The pizza is essentially white from the quantity and you can’t even see the sauce. It was delivered nearly 50 minutes after my order (not the 30-40 it said). Since the pizzas were wrong I called at 7:51 and was told they would have 2 corrected pizzas sent to me free of charge, I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. It is now 8:50pm and my pizzas have just arrived as I write this review. 2 hours after I originally ordered I can actually eat the pizzas I ordered. Ridiculous. I even tipped the driver over half the price of my order (like a 60% tip for the holidays) despite the fact that my pizzas were late because I get it, they had another stop. Then I found out the pizzas were wrong. Absolutely disappointed in this experience. Papa johns has been my favorite pizza chain for years but I think this honestly changed my mind.

Ordered on Halloween so understandable that the wait would be long but we got order confirmation at 3:40pm for delivery scheduled at 5:15pm. When the pizza still wasn’t delivered at 5:45 I tried to get an update through the phone. When I selected 2 for “order update” in the phone tree I was answered and then immediately hung up on. This happened 5 times then I selected place a new order and got to an employee immediately. We left to Trick-or-treat at 6:10pm and still no pizza. It was delivered while we were gone and cold by the time we got back. No offer to make it right no accountability and the customer service was horrible. Can you imagine being hung up on when all you need to know is if it’s worth it to wait or not for the food ordered 2 hours ago?

Omg. The worst pizza ever. Original ordered, received the flatest thinest pizza ever… very hard, burnt crust… even the peppercorn as flat as paper. What, were they almost out of dough? Used to be our favorite… not anymore.
