I scheduled my pizza to be delivered at 6:45 and requested touchless delivery. Out of no where I get an email that my order had been cancelled. I called the store and spoke to Alex and he was very nonchalant about the situation. He stated we don’t do touchless delivery due to people filing claims and stating they never received their pizza. If that’s the case why do you’ll have it as an option on the website? At this point the kids and I are starving and all Alex can say is reorder on the website. Where is the accountability? No one call or email me but cancel my pizza order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Horrible Management & Customer Service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I love papa johns but this is the worst food delivery experience I have ever had. I have a broken spine and was in the hospital all day being treated for the pain (it’s been broken for almost a year now) anyways with the medication they gave me I cannot drive and I was STARVING. I ordered at 7:02pm. 2 light cheese pizzas (I have a slight lactose intolerance)(one with pineapple) and garlic knots. The knots were fine but neither of the pizzas were light cheese. In fact one looks like it has EXTRA cheese. The pizza is essentially white from the quantity and you can’t even see the sauce. It was delivered nearly 50 minutes after my order (not the 30-40 it said). Since the pizzas were wrong I called at 7:51 and was told they would have 2 corrected pizzas sent to me free of charge, I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. It is now 8:50pm and my pizzas have just arrived as I write this review. 2 hours after I originally ordered I can actually eat the pizzas I ordered. Ridiculous. I even tipped the driver over half the price of my order (like a 60% tip for the holidays) despite the fact that my pizzas were late because I get it, they had another stop. Then I found out the pizzas were wrong. Absolutely disappointed in this experience. Papa johns has been my favorite pizza chain for years but I think this honestly changed my mind.

So bad! Haven’t ordered from Papa’s in awhile because the quality just seemed to be declining. Thought I’d give their new NY pizza a try. It’s terrible, it’s nothing like a real NY pizza. I ordered extra cheese and there was barely any cheese on it. Crust was rubbery. Seriously, order Marco’s or Brooklyn Pizza Authority. Both are infinitely better than this garbage.

Worst Experience. I ordered 10inch six cheesesticks and they delivered regular cheesesticks. Also I ordered extra 2 Ranch cups along with my order and delivery guy didn’t bring them at all. Finally the Pizza was not cut properly and edges were too thick and not baked properly.
