I had never ordered from here before and was craving a pizza so I placed an order online and it was ready when I arrived. Pizza was on point!!!!!!! Hot, loaded with toppings, and was a great deal for what I paid. We’ll for sure go back.

Incorrect hours on app, they cut off ordering at 7:30pm, and they also don’t let you order before noon. I placed in order at 11 on Oct 21 to be picked up afternoon, so I placed the order at about 11:30am, they cancelled that order. Then I placed an order at about 7:30pm Oct 23, and they said they don’t take orders past 7:30. There hours say 11AM-9PM in app. Plus the people were just standing around talking at 7:30pm.

Went in the Circle K where Papa John’s is located here in Amelia. Cashier/cook was not wearing gloves, hairnet or a mask. This is the first day the governor mandated all to wear a mask in a retail establishment. Ordered a well done pepperoni pizza, was not cooked well done with very little pepperoni. I also ordered the jalapeno poppers, since I do love them and this is a new menu item. Opened the box and there was a pastry or calzone in the box. Called them up and they said that hunk of pastry was the poppers. That’s always been making them that way. It was nothing but a cream cheese pastry with a couple of sliced jalapenos they put on their pizza. It was awful. Last visit for me. I should no better to expect decent food from a service station.

Ordered online, Was told they opened at 11 and that the order could be ready by noon. I received a call that our order was canceled because they now no longer open until noon and couldn’t take orders until 12:10pm. Seriously I don’t care what time you open. Just have your hours correct online so people can actually make the correct decision on where to place the order.

Won’t let you order pizza before the cut off time at 730 and when an employee is rude don’t bother about complaing because the manager believes whatever they say and make you out to be the bad guy instead saying you cussed at them . Hopefully this employee doesn’t get away with this forever , just sad he knows he can lie and get away with it .

Local Service station, that had small slices of pizza, rarely have I brought or desired; however, never impressed with staff there, no greeting no thanks times I gassed up and went inside the store. It’s basically an area where friendly customer service is rarely practiced.

Mice running around the outside and into the walls of this establishment, and seevice was just generally slow because the worker was just talking on the phone, she was so distrated that she forgot to even put the bacon on the cheese sticks not that it matters because a place with mice isn’t somewhere I’m ever going to eat at. 07/06/2022

Don’t get the six cheese blend it’s disgusting. Can’t even place a order online. I usually use my app but It says they don’t do online orders ? I had to call 10 times to order after getting a busy signal continuously. Worst pizza I’ve ever had from papa johns .
