I had a great experience at this Burger King today and wanted to share! The crew was super friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and my order was 100% accurate—no mistakes at all. Even with the service being quick I didn’t feel rushed. It’s always nice to come somewhere that values good customer service. When I’m in the mood for a whopper again I’ll definitely be back! Great service goes a long way!

I visited this Burger King location today and had a great experience. The service was fast and friendly. My order was taken right away, and everything came out hot and fresh within minutes. My Whopper was excellent. It’s been a while since I had burger king, the flame-grilled taste of my burger really stood out. My fries were golden, crispy, and perfectly salted.
The restaurant itself was clean. All of the dining room tables were wiped down and ready to use.
Overall, today’s visit exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back for another Whopper soon!

My wife and I had an argument in the restaurant. I was a little bit loud. But then a dude with a beard, dressed in green with a back pack on, green hat turned backwards, a small hoop earing in his left ear, and was riding a green bike intervened. He claimed to be a member of the Hell’s Angels and threatened me with calling 15 of his friends to do me bodily harm. I told him I’m calling 911 then he walked out of the door. Beware of this wannabe gangster everyone.

Today I stopped in this Burger King as I was in the area for a family friend’s surgery, while he was in surgery I ate a burger, fries, onion rings, and zesty sauce. I finished eating inside the hospital waiting area and within 10 mins of finishing eating I felt absolutely sick. I had chills and was sweating and ended up having to go sit in the car while vomiting into a bag, this started at 3pm and continued until the surgery was over around 5-6pm. I then had to drive my friend back to Richmond from Suffolk while dry heaving into a bag. It’s 9 pm same day and I cannot hold down water, ice, medicine, anything at all.
Beware. I wish I had never stopped for food, it almost ruined my friend’s surgery. I felt so sick and also awful.

Simple issue could have been fixed easy.
I ordered a plain dbl cheeseburger and a small Coke, “I do not want the meal , no fries”. I don’t eat fries so I never order a meal.
I pay for it, wait a long 15 min, finally get a bag but no drink. Wait again to at least be noticed , ask for my drink…”you din order no drink “… “ it’s not on here” then the the girl that took the order tells me she “thought” I wanted fries and she never heard me say Coke. I’m thinking OMG “it’s windy, you may not have heard me correctly “ they still argued about it. I left.
WHY can’t these semi-adults just say I’m sorry we misunderstood and make the damn Coke, I will Gladly pay whatever difference there might be. ????
I got a dbl cheese burger and fries…I don’t eat fries, I obviously did not order fries. So Simple but in 2025 this generation of employees do not give a crap about repeat business or reputation of the business that pays their salary. They just abuse the system and the people that help them keep a job . I hope they all experience the same type of BS customer experience to remind them exactly what it’s like to deal with their own attitudes. Or eventually get fired for stupidity.

Everything it’s good except the location and the drive thru concrete barriers… they’re not designed for today’s bigger wider vehicles… sometimes its a hassle to enter the drive thru due to the location’s traffic..

SUPER SALTY fries, BURNED impossible whopper and watered down soda I had to ask for reciept (they threw it away) BUT when I returned the food I was asked for the reciept… “ok its returned to your card” they didnt even give me a return receipt.
Oh I should mention the posted hours…dining area closes at 9pm but at 852 BOTH doors were locked! So I had to use drive thru

Drive the us open 24/7 – and thank goodness for that. Foods always been good, even at 1am when I typically come through. Staff is always kind and quick to get my order out to me.

This review is from my 11/25/2023 visit. I asked for my burger hot off the grill, separated. I didn’t ask for the bun to charcoal burnt. You would think unless I requested my bun burnt, they would’ve just fixed another bun. This is unacceptable.
