When I first started ordering from this store the food and service was great. Throughout the winter the service declined. Delivery drivers would leave my food outside in the cold and not inform us the food was there. I complained about the service and never received a response.
After the two very cold meals I stopped ordering for a while. A recent order about 2 weeks ago my pizza was delivered all mangled. Yesterday I made an order online with a requested 8pm delivery. My guests were set to arrive between 7:45 and 8pm. The pizza arrived at 7:23 and once again my friends ate cold pizza.
I use to only order from Papa Johns, now most my pizza will be from other places. The lack of service, response and concern through at least 5 bad experiences makes it impossible to keep doing business with this location.

It’s my favorite Place to get Pizza, but tonight I ordered the new cupped pepperoni NY crispy pizza. It came not crispy, grease laying in puddles and terrible tasting. The cheese and grease rolled off when I picked up a slice. I do not recommend purchasing this one and will not again either. I’m a loyal customer and will order again, but just know not pleased at all!

I ordered carryout- 3 pizzas & 3 orders of wings. It was ready on-time. Papa J’s now has a new service where they will bring your order to your car. I love that because I didn’t have to park & go in.
Pizza & wings were all delicious. The employee who brought my order to the car was very friendly & personable.

This location is the absolute worst! We ordered a basic pepperoni pizza to be carried out. We arrived 15 minutes after placing the order and sat for 45 minutes waiting for the pizza that was never handed to us. I watched as several pizzas were made and taken out to be delivered while ours was never made. The staff was very nonchalant and didn’t seem to care at all that we were waiting for an order. There were a bunch of kids working there with some adults who were just sitting in the back. Two other customers came in complaining about their wait as well.Despite the fact that this is the assigned location for my neighborhood, I would rather not have Papa Johns at all than to order from this place again. I will NEVER order from this location and will inform my neighbors of the same poor customer service. The owner and/or manager needs to hire a completely new staff capable of adequate service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only did they charge us 3 times for our order, they claimed they never received it. This was at 6:30pm. So my husband went down to the store after sitting on hold for 30 minutes. They begin making our order, send my husband home, and tell him it will be there in 45 minutes. This was at 7:30 pm. I call the store to ask how long until our pizza is done because we will just pick it up. They say 10 minutes, great, we live ten minutes away. My husband gets there and they SENT OUR ORDER TO THE WRONG HOUSE. We find this out at approximately 8:15pm. It is now 8:40pm TWO HOURS after my husband placed the order and he is still at the store waiting for our order to be done. We will never do business with this company again.

When picking up my pizza from this location, it wasn’t a problem. When I got home and started eating I realized they didn’t put the extra sauce on my pizzas that I ordered. It wouldn’t have been a problem if I had a regular amount of sauce, but it was a little bit of sauce. I don’t like dry pizza. I called the manager to complain, but I could hear him in the background saying he didn’t have time to take my call. I understand they get busy, but a regular employee wasn’t going to be able to help me. The person who answered the phone told me that the manager couldn’t come to the phone and if I could call back in 10 to 15 minutes. Why should I have to call back when I called in the first place. I already had to pick up my own pizza because they don’t deliver to my area, so taking a phone call from a customer shouldn’t be a problem. I won’t be ordering from this Papa John’s anymore.
