I ordered a steak sandwich. In the photo on the menu it looked loaded and very filled with toppings and meat. When I got home to eat it, the first two bites were just wet bread. When I opened it and looked inside I was completely shocked…I didn’t find even one piece of steak. It was literally just sauce on bread with a couple peppers…I will never eat here again

I don’t know what’s with all the negative reviews. I went there today for a work lunch meeting and all 3 of us enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere. Grant it, when we went, it was prior to the hectic lunch rush hour. The place was clean and quiet, it was just us 3. The new turkey sandwich on the sweet potato bread was delicious along with the mediterranean salad.

It wasn’t busy on a Friday evening at all. The restaurant is super clean and organized inside. The music playing was a vibe. I like the fact that you can order yourself on a screen and there’s a few to use. My boyfriend and I both tried the new Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich. It was tasty, I just wish there was a better meat to bread ratio. We both got chips and I got the mac n cheese, which had good flavor, just needed salt and pepper. My boyfriend also got an Iced Madagascar Vanilla Latte. He did not like it very much.

After ordering at the kiosk, I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the music was blaring so loud in the restroom and it smelled like straight sewage! I wanted iced tea but they had none. It looked like they started making some but couldn’t be bothered to finish. No napkins at the beverage bar. I went to the counter to ask for a side of garlic aioli and it took the girl way too long to get me a single side of sauce and when she returned, she handed me a red sauce, that was obviously not what I had asked for. The food was pretty good but I had ordered extra lettuce and extra tomatoes on my sandwich and instead of them making it the normal way of bread, lettuce, tomatoes, meat and then cheese, they put the meat in between 2 layers of tomatoes so it got soggy fast and was very hard to eat.

Place looks new and modern. Got a salad and French onion soup in a bread bowl. This was a big meal and was tasty. The environment was nice inside and one of the service workers came by once to check on me and a second time to pick my plate. I enjoyed eating here.

This new location is next level! I’m so impressed with how stunning the interior is and the flow of the store. The new menu options are fabulous. I highly recommend the new BLT paired with the broccoli cheddar soup. Overall, outstanding experience! Well done Panera!

Out of product? Eggs are the main ingredient in most breakfast menus. When you run out, it severely limits your menu options at 9:45am. This appears to be a reoccurring issue. This is my second trip to this specific location, and experienced the same situation at that time as well. This is a new location. Panera is routinely a good option. The food that I purchased was on tier with the best brand quality, but the lack of key ingredients was a disappointment.

If I could not give a star rating I would, I DO NOT recommend this location, I am 100% not satisfied with my order, I ordered a turkey and cheddar sandwich and got a sandwich with a NO turkey.. I thought okay maybe I accidentally ordered it with no turkey, I checked my app and it doesn’t show that I made any customization(s) to my order. They just didn’t add any turkey to my sandwich, I will not be coming to this location. If you do, make sure to check what you ordered before leaving.
