Ordered pan pizza well done with extra sauce, there was too much cheese and barely any sauce, dough was undercooked and not even properly baked. Cheese tastes weird too in the pan pizza. Not a fan of papa John’s after this

Avoid if you can. This is the worst location. They once ran out of cheese. They once tried to trick me by giving me someone else’s order. Ordered the new pan pizza the other day. Well done. It was inedible and not even close to being cooked, much less well done. If the head manager is there it’s okay. If he’s not it’s chaos like you’ve never seen.

Let me tell you I always have such an amazing experience at this. Papa John’s, I had to order eight pizzas this afternoon for an emergency last minute birthday party and everything was done in less than a half an hour. One of the workers there named Joshua made sure that everything was ready on time and everything was hot, fresh and made perfectly. I come here a lot and there are always such great deals online and specials and I really enjoy that. They take the time to make sure you have everything you need. Before you leave. He made sure I had additional plates that I had cheese, sprinkles and sauce and he thanked me for my order and welcomed me back. I know sometimes they’re short-handed and what they don’t do is make you feel like it’s an inconvenience to order so much food. They’re just so grateful and appreciative. Thanks again, Papa John’s on East Street! Your staff rocks and I will definitely be ordering again ☺️

This is so painful to write… this Papa John’s isn’t good. It’s bad. I can’t say they’re all bad. They used to be the go-to! But after our third trip here, ugh! It’s awful. Almost inedible. Worse than a frozen pizza. Please! Do not eat here and believe their food is Papa John’s quality! Never enough sauce. Overcooked. Cheap on toppings. Extra cheese? Extra pepperoni? You’d never know it from your pizza. We got an onion, just one, on one of our pizzas. And last night, a random mushroom. I guess they were free gifts on otherwise dry and tasteless pizza. They’ve his lost their edge. I don’t even think this location even uses Papa John’s recipes. This location is crazy busy, but their pizza is so inferior to other Papa John’s pizza. I beseech you! Go anywhere else!!!

We had our end of the season girls lacrosse party and when we called Josh took our order. Once he heard it was for a local girls lacrosse team he ended up donating some extra pizzas. Thank you Josh and Papa Johns! The girls were really excited. We will definitely be ordering from this location again. It’s great to see a local business supporting a local team! Lets go Wildcats!!

Previously had left a 4* review and have been coming here consistently for 3 years but now need to change that.
Placed an online order for carryout today:
1 Large Cheese Stuffed Crust
1 Large 1/2 Cheese 1/2 Mushroom & Pepperoni
1 Cheese Bread
1 Garlic Parmesan Bread sticks
1 Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites
1 Oreo Papa Bites
3 extra pizza sauce
When I arrived to pickup (after getting message it was ready) my food was nowhere to be found, apparently a delivery driver had just picked it up and taken it with them.
I met the owner, Josh, and he was very quick to get a replacement order in and was even nice enough to void my order and not charge me for it.
I wish my evening could have stopped here.
While waiting for my order I watched:
An employee attempt to hand another customer the wrong order.
And later that same employee dropped some empty boxes on the floor while stacking them, then proceeded to pick them up and stack them right alongside the others.
When they later said my order was ready (second time) it was missing not only the bread sticks but the entire Large 1/2 Pepperoni & Mushroom. I’ll give credit where it is due and Josh noticed this before I even did and ended up making the pizza himself since nobody had done it the first time.
That was eventually finished and 45 minutes after arriving I finally left and went home, only to find out it wasn’t my Large Cheese Stuffed Crust but an XL Sausage and Pepperoni and missing the extra sauces.
Josh you were great on your individual customer service in trying to fix things but I’m not sure I’ll be able to come back here with the incompetence of your employees.

Easily the best Papa Johns I’ve eaten at in years! Awesome buffalo chicken pizza and always great delivery drivers! Whoever is working this weekend deserves a raise because my whole family agreed that this was their best pizza since we started ordering here. Not to say their normal pizzas aren’t good, but tonight was top notch!
